Aaargh, I've had the worst headaches for the past two days. I don't know if it's the blinding snow outside or my ever increasing stress levels. I have one class today, but I don't even feel like I can sit through that, plus it's algebra and I can't be the polynomial diva that I am with a monstrous headache. So I'm going to play hookie today. I'm down about 2 pounds according to the scale this am, but it's not officially weigh in day.

Val I didn't know that you and Dee knew each other. Cool! We'll have to have an unveiling party when we all hit goal weight.

Curly - My brother-in-law fits that age range, but he's here in IL. I love your hair. Mine was long, but only wavy, and I hit the phase where I needed a change, then a shorter change, and a shorter change.

Dee - Kick TOM out, but don't send him this way.

Well where he lives was hit with a tornado one week, and a snow storm the next.

How short are you thinking? I totally regret ever getting my cut. My hair is so thick that it's just clinging to my head now.

Hi everyone!

Dee you're doing a great job with the exercising! When I do the elliptical I'm usually up around 130 HR and on the treadmill at max incline 3.5 MPH I usually only get up around 105.

Gwena sorry about your headache. I'm testing heating masks for a survey night now and they're really nice for sinus headaches. Not on the market yet.

LMAO you guys and your thick wavy/curly hair! Mine is short and sooooo fine and straight.. Do you ladies have any clue what I pay to get mine to look like yours hehehehehe...

Gwena~ Slow down and breathe. You need to lower that stress level woman. Oh, Ol' Tom was just teasing me. So much for THAT excuse, huh? LOL....

Val~ I'm still really enjoying the exercise. I'm doing 5-6 days week. I've added more circuit to it tho, which cuts into my cardio time but I realize now that I need to do both. Your numbers are about what I'm doing also, 130 & 105-118. I'm glad to know I'm ok in the HR dept .

Curly~ sounds like you live in an even smaller community than I do! wow. But if ya like small towns, and relative remoteness (2 hours to the nearest "real" grocery store, well then- I'll keep a copy of your pic in my purse just in case... altho honestly, I love where I live and I'm really lucky to be here, the single men are really.... ummmmmmm..... sucky. hehehe... but there may be one or two worthy of you

Charlie~ heya

Angel, Petra, Zoey, TLB,

Ok, so I hopped on the scale this am because I am a creature of habit. I hopped on the one in the kitchen after feeding the dogs and was shocked. So I went in my bedroom and hopped on the other one and it's showing the same. I've finally broken my plateau and I've lost 5 pounds! I now weigh in at 175.

Val - Thank you. My mom thinks that they're sinus related. I feel better today so I'm off to school.

I survived my Friday. I didn't pack my lunch today and that's usually a bad thing, but they had grilled chicken wraps for lunch. I had boneless skinless chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, a little shredded cheddar, and very very little ranch dressing, and a side of carrots for lunch. I didn't bother to eat the wrap part, it just didn't look tasty.

I was able to put on my wedding rings for the first time since May of 2001 when I was pg with my youngest. My fingers still have that sausage look and it feels weird wearing a ring.

Thank you for the kind words gang! You are all my beacon of light.
