So ladies I have completed week 2 of a 4 week exercise program. Still op with eating and you can not tell me you gain this type of muscle
########lots and lots of swearing here. I drink a ton of water since I track that I am just not understanding my body at all. I see not changes in inches either. I have not been this high in 7 weeks. Sorry for the rant I am just beyond frustrated. If you look at my ticker at 160 for a loss of 26 and it took me until March 5 to get there and now I am way past that with this gain

Still feeling crummy! Went to the doctor today though.
They told me there is a bug going around that feels like you've been kicked in the stomach (this could be it) and she also scheduled me an ultrasound next week for my gallbladder.
We will see how they go but I really don't have time for surgeries.

Just a quick check-in for now since I am posting so late in the day! (It's a little after 9:30pm here.)
As predicted, my weight bounced back up a little to 239.4 today -- but, it stayed under that 240 mark, yay! -- so, that means that I am down 4 lbs even for the week, since I was at 243.4 on the last day of March. So, I am obviously happy with that.
That being said...we went out to eat for dinner tonight, but I didn't go over my calories for the day, so I'm hoping that the macros don't sneak up on me and push me back over tomorrow. I just got home from a 5.2 mile walk a little while ago, so I'm hoping that will help mitigate some of it...lol. I guess we will see what happens in the morning!

I had a weird day today thanks to the food being practically gone. I had stuff to eat but my macros are off because of the limited variety. I also had a bit of a binge on baked chicken. I had 2 drums and a thigh.

Hiya MoM oheliaphenix made me somewhat gassy for a day but them greeat.
I hope this means that I will start going down now. I was able to resist temptation last night and not give in to the gluten free pizza that I was craving. Today I am going to make sure that I get all my water in!
Weight still creeping back up. I'm weighing but not recording today - yesterday was hard since I was out of the house all day and did not prepare correctly. Went off plan and over calories. Hopefully I will compensate today.
Ladies, I hope that the rest of you are having a great day! I really wanted gluten free pizza on Friday, but told myself that I could have it on Saturday if I still wanted it. Well, yesterday we had a BBQ with friends instead, so I said I will have it on Sunday. Now I'm not sure if I still want it because the scale going down and I am pretty sure the sodium will put me at a slight gain tomorrow if I eat it, decisions!!

Weigh-in was 239.2 today. I didn't do a post yesterday, but it was 239.4 like the day before, so nothing exciting there...lol. Not quite back down to that initial whoosh point yet, but I feel like I am "officially" back in the 230s now since I have stayed under the 240 mark for a few days, so yay! The 230s are always notoriously sticky for me whenever I have gotten back to them -- not sure why, it's just a weight range that my body likes to get comfortable at I guess, haha -- so, my hopes are to really focus and get through them without any major hangups, aside from my upcoming TOM. Fingers crossed!

Morning all! Very happy bunny here, 4lb loss this week, 7lbs since the start of April. Was a little worried I'd be retaining water this week due to my half marathon yesterday (which was a total disaster by the way). I wore my spare running shoes because the ones I had been training distance in had given me a black toenail, but my spare ones have crippled my feet....so I managed 9 miles before I had to admit defeat. First race I've not finished! But! We live and learn, new shoes on the horizon And a lovely weight loss this month makes up for it! Have a great week everyone
I'm pretty sure this is sodium - woke up this morning with puffy hands. I ate out last night but stayed on plan. Lots of water today and maybe some unsweet tea!
Bad Bad Bad. That is what my eating has been. I haven't been feeling worth a crap but it may be due to the crap foods I have been eating.
Welp Back on track today! I may have screwed up meeting my 132.0 goal for the month but I'll get back down.
