Running out of time for personals, so just doing a quick post for now!

Weigh-in was 235.4 today, but I had lots of errands this morning before my weigh-in time, so I was very likely a little dehydrated...expecting a little bump back up tomorrow, but will enjoy the mini whoosh for today! I didn't get in my walk last night with everything going on, so maybe my body needed that extra rest day to let my muscles flush out and relax a bit...lol.

Bad Bad Bad. That is what my eating has been. I haven't been feeling worth a crap but it may be due to the crap foods I have been eating.
Welp Back on track today! I may have screwed up meeting my 132.0 goal for the month but I'll get back down.

darius: Congrats on getting down into the 200s!!

Nicholsfamily1987: Nice loss yesterday!

kfunk6113: I hope TOM lets me keep moving through and doesn't hang me up, because the 230s are always the worst for me usually, so I'm hoping to get rid of them quickly before they change their mind and decide to try sticking again...lol.

Weigh-in was up a smidge to 235.6 today, but that's honestly lower than what I was expecting it to be. Especially since TOM hit this morning...we'll see what that means once the bloat starts setting in, lol.

As for yesterday, I was just on here talking about how this whole past weekend and this week thus far has been busy with practices and games (as well as another one tonight), so it has been harder to get in those walks -- however, their practice was held at a nearby soccer park area last night since the actual baseball fields were all taken for games, and there was an actual paved walking path that surrounded it all, so I ended up using that during their practice! It was large enough to get some decent walking in, but still rounded back near enough to stay close to their practice, so it ended up being a lot more convenient than the actual baseball area, which doesn't really have a space for that kind of movement. I only got in about 3.6 miles before their time was up, but it was better than nothing! I wish they had the baseball fields over there instead, haha.

Two weeks in - 5.8 lbs lost. Now the hard work begins. I have my son's birthday on Monday and my birthday a week later. And his birthday party on Friday. So that's 3 opportunities for cake (and I really love cake). I'm hoping to just keep it in moderation and hopefully stick to my calorie goals those days.

So over the weekend I was pretty bad and practically dehydrated by Monday. So all week I gained water weight but I think I'm back on track. Its hard to drink water on the weekends because I'm always moving around and don't usually have a bathroom nearby.

kfunk and opheliapheonix you guys have been doing really really well! This month so far I've lost 3.4lbs and I'm fairly disappointed about it not being more.

Ophelia That is awesome that you were able to walk while your kids had practice!! How many steps do you average per day? During the week I come in lower than I had expected, but think it will increase during the weekends! I hope that your TOM bloat doesn't set you back and I bet you will have a big drop once its over!

Thank you Darius!! 20 lbs. is amazing and you had a great week Did you get your CPAP yet? If so, do you notice a difference in your sleep and energy levels during the day?

nicoley You are doing an awesome job!! I hope that you enjoy that cake!! I never was a huge fan of cake because of the frosting, but in the past few years I have come around and now love it!

Thank you debest!! It is really difficult for me to get enough water on the weekends too because of that exact thing. You had a great week!! Most of my significant losses come in 1 weeks time, you still have 2 more weeks this month! You are doing a great job!!

I am going to have a piece of cheesecake (I know its not gluten free, but you guys wont tell ) and a couple glasses of wine. I am sure that I will see a gain on the scale early in the week, but I think it will come back down fast. I am going to be extra careful the days leading up and following it.

Casey that is great you are headed in the right direction. Hope I can do the same. Kfunk you as well are heading on down the scale great job as well. Nicole's all I can say is WOW. Nancy you are not that far from your starting weight. You can pull this off. Maybe one more walk thrown in if you can. DARLUS I am very happy for you. With Easter coming if all of us can even stay the same but not gain. That is my wish. Anyway Happy Easter to all.

darius: Another congrats on hitting 20 lbs down, as well...that's awesome!

nicoley73: That's a great loss for two weeks. And, best of luck keeping the cake in moderation! Sounds like a fun week ahead other than that, though...lol. Happy early birthday to you both!

debest: Thank you, and you are doing a good job as well! About 1.5-2 lbs a week is a healthy, steady loss and you're right there in that range. Just keep that in mind if you get to feeling too frustrated about it...there will be weeks where you may lose less and then you will have some whoosh weeks where you may lose double that! The body is a roller coaster of ups and down on this journey, that is for sure...lol.

kfunk6113: I like to get at least 10k minimum every single day that I can, since that is the AHA recommendation. On days with my walks, I usually average about 14-18k, depending on the day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Nice loss this week, by the way!

Anmyreah: Thanks, and I wish you the same!

Weigh-in was 235.0 even, so that is 4.4 lbs down for the week! Not much else to report on the weight loss front today, other than having McDonald's for breakfast for the first time in a long while this morning. We were on the road to head to a funeral for a great uncle on my husband's side of the family, so I just got an egg and cheese McMuffin since it seemed like the best option of our quick choices. The calories didn't end up being too bad, and it should still fall in line with my usual calorie range for the day, so I think it will be fine. Hope you all have a wonderful evening tonight!

Ophelia You are very inspirational to me! You do an amazing job with your steps and diet and week after week you crush it!! When the weather warms up I am going to be taking walks with a coworker during our lunch break, that will be nice and help increase my steps! Just a quick check-in today. Weigh-in was up a pound to 236.0 even. Feeling very lethargic and bloated today, so I am not surprised. I foresee a rest day today. To anyone who is celebrating Easter tomorrow and may not check in again until after the weekend is over, I hope you have a happy one! And a great weekend to just everyone in general, as well.
