So ladies I have completed week 2 of a 4 week exercise program. Still op with eating and you can not tell me you gain this type of muscle
########lots and lots of swearing here. I drink a ton of water since I track that I am just not understanding my body at all. I see not changes in inches either. I have not been this high in 7 weeks. Sorry for the rant I am just beyond frustrated. If you look at my ticker at 160 for a loss of 26 and it took me until March 5 to get there and now I am way past that with this gain

The 230s are always notoriously sticky for me whenever I have gotten back to them -- not sure why, it's just a weight range that my body likes to get comfortable at I guess, haha -- so, my hopes are to really focus and get through them without any major hangups, aside from my upcoming TOM. Fingers crossed!
