Kelli21, You're already doing great by being back on plan. In the past, I would have used my being unable to exercise as a good excuse to eat ridiculous amounts of fatty foods (insane logic, I know).
love2b150, my tops are still a little tight in the midsection, but I've got lots of arm space now. I cannot wait to be able to start buying new clothes. I just keep that in mind on days when I feel bleh.
aliquot, I've also had that happen while my body was becoming acclimated to my new diet and exercise regimen, so I'm not sure if you should be worried or not. I would call the doctor if it continues for longer than a week.
TOM started the same day as my last post, and I
actually lost. I think I retain water, but TF is still forcing the scale to budge. I can't wait until Thursday to see what it says. Hope I can get that last 0.6 pounds to make it an even 20 pounds gone.
