Unhappy sorry

Hi Ladies~
I didnt' intentionally get myself booted off. My husband got admitted into the hospitial early Monday morning, (1a.m.) for his appendix (we were at the ER at 5pm sunday afternoon) and I got 3hrs of sleep yesterday so I was a space cadet. When I woke up this morning, ya'll are what popped into my head. I just wanted to apologize and let you know I'm still here and will be reading and posting, when I can, and seeing this competition to the end.

Hi Blues!

I slept in this morning, so I'm getting a late start. Yesterday wasn't an on-plan day for me. Hubby went grocery shopping yesterday afternoon and I asked him to please buy on-plan foods so we can get going on this again. This morning, I have a fresh re-start and I'm ready to have a great loss for Monday's weigh-in. Next week, I'll be in Minnesota again for training, so I need a great week. I'd like to see how much weight I can lose by the end of the year.

Michelle - I'm struggling with my motivation, too. I'm hoping to really do well on this next challenge, but I haven't given up on this one yet. I still have two weeks to do something great.

Aud - I'm crossing my fingers for you in hopes that all of the 5 pounds is water weight.

Cathy - I'm sorry to hear about your Hubby. I'm sure he feels much better now that his appendix is gone.

Hope everyone has a great on-plan day!
GO BLUE!!

Morning all!

That 3lbs I had put back on is sllloooowwwlly coming back off. I'm hoping that I can at least get rid of it, to get back to 195lbs before the end of the challenge. I want to finish the year off at 194 or less, cos that would put me at 15lbs lost in 2007, and onl5 25lbs to go!

Chelle - you, GirlyGS, and I should have a little chat! I think we're all feeling the same way about this challenge and what we want from the next round. We'll all kick butt next time, I bet.

Aud - I like the way you think, lady! Just get back at it, and those Tgiving extras will get lost quick!

Cat - Ohmygosh! I hope your hubby is on the mend quickly!

GirlyGS - Good luck with getting back on plan, and I wish you lots of willpower and access to OP foods while you're away!

Diva - thanks for sharing the cheerleader! She's a cutie!

Thanks for putting down my Freebie Chellez.. Never used one, didn't ever want to. I have a one lb loss this week. Just never found time to get in here to post. Then at 9pm cst I told my dh omg I have to go in there and post my weight, but then the baby was crying, one of them, and I needed to change two of them. Just a long week, we all have a cold again. Uggh. I pray it goes away soon. So much going on. Doc appts, attorneys here, so much. Anyway, I'm 208.0 and happy about that. One more lb. and I'm at 207, 70 lbs off! Can't wait to get to 100 lbs off. Today is day 94. Easier than ever to keep that up, I don't understand why I didn't just do this sooner. ::sigh:: Ah well, at least I'm doing it now.

Baked me a sweet potato this a.m. in my micro and then put a little butter and some sweet and low on it and it was great. Yummy!!

Well, gotta run for now. Just saying hi and so sorry I didn't post my weight. I'm so happy I didn't gain. I never went over my cals but two days got close!

Big hugs, Selina

cathy...hoping your dh is okay!
Selina...sorry to hear about the colds...we are all sick here too. At least with everyone being sick now, maybe we will all be healthy for Xmas!
Diva..love the cheerleader!
Every blue lady....lets try to do the best we can, and end this challenge with a bang!!
I personally want to stay on-plan as much as possible before Christmas, so that the pressure isn't on as much during those days when the temptations to indulge are too much to resist!
Have a great week everyone!!

Thanks Soul. He's in pain, even though they give him morphin. Right now it's just a waiting game on how well the antibiotics will do to get it under control. Tomorrow we'll find out if they're sending him home or are going to do surgery.

Thanks Rhonda, but it's not gone yet. They want to get the infection under control before they'll do surgery. We should know something tomorrow.

Cathy--wow, that is a drag. Hope he feels better soon, whatever they decide to do.

My commitment to all of you is an extra 10 minutes of exercise each day to try to get things in gear. I did an extra 10 yesterday and today, and I plan to keep it up. Not to mention that I am doing my own little detox this week. Lots of lentils and veggies. Very little sugar.

Stay strong bluezers!

I'm so sorry to hear about your dh having such trouble. I'm so out of it, I should have told you this when I posted earlier. I had already read that. My head is so stuffy I can't seem to think really clear today. I hope he's doing ok. And please let us know what they decide. Praying for you all.

Oh and real quick, I saw that Biggest Loser is supposed to be really good tonite. Either way, I look forward to it every week. Any of you who can, try to watch it. It really helps keep u motivated.

Big hugs, esp to you Cathy and ur dh and family.

Morning ladies!

Cathy - I'm so sorry to hear about you husband! Daniel has diverticulosis last year and it was a huge scare for us because he was in so much pain. Appendix problems are pretty scary, especially if they leak or burst. I hope your hubby gets better and you can stay sane. I know when Daniel gets sick it drives me crazy!

Tee - I'm going to start working on my exercise again.... maybe it will convince that I really want this treadmill!

Dea - I think staying on plan is a great idea. I'm going to try and do so as much as possible. Just the times of my eating are I think whats holding me back. I'm considering going to full time online classes. Maybe that would help?

Selina - I'm not going to close the chat threads from this challenge until the new one starts so you can still use this one. I'm still not sure about the official start day of the next challenge but I know that they are starting a Biggest Loser couples show on New Year's Day so I may start it the following week. Lord knows it's going to be bad at sign ups. People finally realizing they need some assistance for their New Years Resolution and they think we are the only challenge that can solve their problem. Don't get me wrong, I love new people... just not hordes of them begging me to let them in after the challenge starts.

Bluesters - We have two weeks left cause we extended the challenge. Make sure that you don't leave us after this week!

Good morning ladies. Well I have fallen off the wagon BIG time!!!! My eating has been awful and my exercise has been zero to none lately. I don't know what my deal is??? I just feel out of it, and food seems to keep making it's way into my mouth. I know I hate feeling like this, but yet I continue to make myself miserable. I have to turn this around now. I have to really sit down and think what I want and how I'm going to get myself there. I know I am the only one who can make this happen and I know I can do it!!! I have done it before, and very well. I just need to get my head in the right place....that is the problem! Already this morning I started out bad....eating cheese crackers while watching SVU....now I know that is wrong! I mean what are cheese crackers going to do for me....NOTHING!!!! I don't know what I'm waiting for the scales to tip the 150's.....I may be the only one ending a challenge bigger then when I started! I have 2 weeks though and starting right now I'm going to make them count. I will get some form of exercise in today and the food that goes in my mouth for the rest of the day will be good. I can do this!!!
