I dialled up the intensity an extra spring on a few reformer exercises yesterday, and on my walk/run I only had limited time so I pushed a bit harder.

I'm a little late to start for July, but here it goes. I just started regularly exercising on Monday.

7/18- 15 mins elliptical, W1D1 C25k (30 mins), 40 mins walking to and from the gym
7/19- none
7/20- W1D2 C25k (30 mins), 40 mins walking to and from the gym
7/21- 10 mins elliptical, 25 mins walking 11% incline
7/22- 45 min leisurely walk with the fiance
7/23- 10 mins elliptical, W1D3 C25k w/ extra 5 mins walking (35 mins), 40 mins walking to and from the gym

Hopefully, I can stay motivated and keep this up! :-)
