  • During my cardio one day I was thinking how interesting it would be to know how many minutes I exercise in the period of a month.

    So I am posting my exercise minutes daily in this threat and you are welcome to keep your data here too, so we can keep ourselves motivated.

    I started it last April and I was shocked to learn that in 3 weeks I worked out over 3,000 minutes!!!!

    What a motivation!!!
    It has helped me to keep going, because I want to see the minutes go up each day in this threat.

    You can even break the months down and learn how many minutes you worked out each week (and use the info to analyze your weight loss in that period) or maybe after 12 months you could add all the numbers you’ve got monthly and see how many minutes you exercised during the whole year.

    You don’t really have to post every day, as long as you keep track of the minutes from previous days and post it at once. It is up to you...

  • I was hoping you would make another on of these I only managed 751 mins the month of June so I didn't make my goal of 900 min.

    6-25mins pilates video; 20mins 30DS, level 1
    7-20min 30ds level1; 30mins ZUMBA!
    total:271mins!!WOOT! or 4.5hours!!
    Week 2:
    8-15.5mile bike ride (21miles this month), 70mins; 30mins pilates
    9-rest day
    10-rest day
    11-10mile bike ride, 50mins.
    12-rest day
    13-20mins 30DS; 10mins tae bo
    14-20min 100workout; 8mile ride in 42mins (39miles for the month!)
    Total:242mins! or 4hours!!
    Week 3:
    15-16.3mile ride, 90mins!
    16-3.5mile slow walk, 90mins
    17-rest day
    18-20mins 30DS; 25mins 100 workout+; 30mins easy recreational swimming
    19-10mins circuit training;
    20-45mins circuit training;
    21-rest day
    Total:310 or 5hrs!!
    Week 4:
    22-30mins slow walk
    23-30mins slow walk
    24-30mins slow walk
    25-20mins shopping; 20mins 30ds
    26-rest day; slow walk 30mins
    27-60mins 2mph walk; 45mins circuit training
    28-60mins cleaning; 20mins 30DS
    Total:345mins or 5.75hrs!!
