2. 2 mile sculpt and burn-40mns. & 3 mile Pilates-45 mns.=85 mns
3. 1 hour of Wii and walking
4. 40 mn walk & 40 mn sculpt & burn=80 mns

9.4 mile Walk Slim 50 mns also 40 mn walk outdoors for a total of 90 mns

11. 42 minute walk outdoors

13. 35 mn walk outdoors
14. 45 mn walk outdoors and 30 mn Shape and Firm=75 mns

16. 45 mns of 5K with Twist (WATP) so far...going to walk later this evening since I didn't get up early enough to get out the door by 7 am

Hey Slim_CB I actually don't own a car, so I probably walk about 20-40 minutes a day, at a leisurely pace, just getting place to place (i've stopped counting these walks, unless it's a park walk or something!!) I'm actually trying to find the time to start running! unfortunately, I am not a runner though.
