    Im new to this site 4 Days
    I think this thread is AWESOME!!

    Just started bck exercising this week too.
    So far Ive done 350 minutes of cardio

  • Well, I am done for the month. The last 3 days will be rest days since my ankles are bothering me a bit. I got in 1288 mins or just over 21 hours. I'm really glad I kept track of how much time I spent working out. I never realized I could do that much! I think next month I will try for more!

    Everyone seems to have done really great as well!! Keep it movin' chickies!
