I'm brand new here! Hoping this forum will help hold me accountable. I'm adding in my exercise and calorie intake too; somehow writing it all down makes me feel more responsible.
My starting weight is 141 lbs.
Goal weight for this month is 135 lbs.
Ultimate goal: Get back into the 120s !
3/1 - 141.0# - (30 min jog)
3/2 - 140.8# - (rest)
3/3 - 140.8# - (20 min run)
3/4 - 140.5# - (50 min / 4.5mi Treadmill -- I feel so happy about this!)
3/5 - 140.8# - (35 min walk)
3/6 - 140.0# - (60 min/ 5mi jog)
3/7 - 142.7# - (rest day)
Yikes!
3/11 - 139.8#
3/21 - 141.0 (not really enjoying this roller coaster ride. Really struggling to lose my first pounds!!)
