I have not posted all month. I was out of town for a family emergency but I'm back home and back in my weight loss groove.
I've had a great week of eating and I've worked out 6 times in the past week and I've been to 2 Weight Watchers meetings in the past week. The scale is getting closer to onederland
Apparently what goes down must come back up again…aaaagghh…
I have been bouncing around 191 for a week now, despite staying on plan with both eating and exercise. Perhaps I’m eating more than I think. Today I’m buying a kitchen scale, and tomorrow I will start formally counting calories to see if I end up with any nasty surprises.

Managed to go down this morning, but still at the 191 mark where I have been stuck for over a week. I carefully measured and tracked everything I ate/drank yesterday, and the final tally was 1,205 calories. Yesterday was a pretty normal day, so I don't think I'm eating too much. I shall keep counting calories and hope that eventually I will see some movement!
