Whenever I travel, I'm definitely at a greater risk for overeating. For me, daily weighing helps a lot. I actually got a little travel scale to take with me. Not sure how it would go through airport security, but it travels by car really well (it's half the size of a regular scale).
Volatis: Right? My february wasn't great either.
Ugh, I hate new scales - my last new one had me gain over 7 lbs.
guacamole: Hang in there! If you keep at it every day, it'll have to drop eventually. I know that doesn't help so much when it's a run of like 21 days or something (I speak from experience)...
