Hi TrixieCatLAX...thanks for the welcome! Like you, I've been nauseated the past few days and have been eating soups rather than salads. I can only believe my recent gain is sodium-related and will disappear soon! Hoping for better news tomorrow. Good luck to all!

Hi TrixieCat, I wasn't trying to limit meals yesterday...I had a fall in the AM while walking outside and had to limp home and drive myself to Urgent Care...I broke a bone in my hand and messed up my other hand and knee breaking the fall. They gave me pain meds so I slept most of the day and didn't have an appetite. I feel much better today!

Whenever I travel, I'm definitely at a greater risk for overeating. For me, daily weighing helps a lot. I actually got a little travel scale to take with me. Not sure how it would go through airport security, but it travels by car really well (it's half the size of a regular scale).

Volatis: Right? My february wasn't great either.
Ugh, I hate new scales - my last new one had me gain over 7 lbs.

guacamole: Hang in there! If you keep at it every day, it'll have to drop eventually. I know that doesn't help so much when it's a run of like 21 days or something (I speak from experience)...

Webwoman: Oh my gosh! I'm glad you're okay! That sounds like a really unpleasant day. How are you feeling?
