Thanks everyone with the tips/encouragement with calorie cycling. I think it works and I was actually doing it without knowing it back in June when I started losing. Only recently when I started counting calories did I stop doing it....I thought I had to be low every day.
Start weight: 144.8 lbs
Goal weight: 139.8 lbs
3/01/16: 144.8 lbs
3/02/16: 145.4 lbs here we go again
3/03/16: 144.8 lbs
3/04/16: 144.2 lbs
3/05/16: 143.2 lbs, almost back to last Sat's low
3/06/16: DNW
3/07/16: 144.8 lbs, more hormonal BS going on
3/08/16: 145.0 lbs

I am so bloated!
3/09/16: 145.0 lbs no weight decrease, but the bloat is starting to go away

3/10/16: 144.2 lbs, please continue to drop!
3/11/16: 144.0 lbs, trying a little calorie cycling
3/12/16: 143.0 lbs, yeah!
3/13/16: DNW
3/14/16: 145.0 lbs, AF decided to visit unexpectedly two weeks late
