  • Slight uptick this morning, but I know I’m retaining water. I ended up with a 6 lb. loss in March, which is not too shabby. I’m not at goal, although it was a stretch goal, so I’m not complaining.

    I am happy,and I am just hoping I can lose a pound or something by Saturday. I didn't get four pounds at the end, but I know it is in the works. Next month I am going to try to eliminate eating unhealthy if I need to get something to eat. Like, no more chinese food as water weight is the worst. I have increased my water intake though,so I know there will be a change for Saturday or something.

  • I didn't meet my goal of 5 lbs, but I lost 4 lbs, and I'll take it. It's frustrating that the weight is coming off so slowly, but at least it's coming off! Congrats to everyone who met or exceeded their goals!! You all rock and are a great motivator!! See you in the April thread!
