LOL Cos they are 'wooden ' floors and need polishing, and as I am off work I am trying to keep my fingers out of the fridge. I went back to Docs yesterday and have been given a spray now to get to grips with this ear infection!! Heres hoping it works!!

Now I feel like a big fat couch potato.

Am feeling better, no real exercise, but I spent most of the day tidying Stevens room, so I figure that is better than vegging out all day.

If Ray is not working tomorrow, I may attempt a walk, depends on teh weather. Am going swimming in the evening with the kids and friends.

Does anyone know the guidelines on wearing trainers when exercising? I dusted of my old BLT2 exercise tape by Mr Motivator today - watched some of it but didn't participate - and he said it was important to wear the correct trainers. However the only bit that seems to involve jumping up and down is the warm up where he does running on the spot.

My floor is concrete under a very thin carpet and although I don't want to spend money on trainers if I don't need to, I would rather do that than end up damaging joints as 16 stone something hits concrete at a rate of knots! Good job its not a wood floor or I would end up damaging joists!!!!!!!!!

Made up for not joining in with Mr M by swimming 20 lengths. I only learnt to swim in march last year and had got up to 32 lengths by june (which was the last time i was able to go due to childcare and husband working strange hours) so this is the first time I've been in 7 months and I was thrilled to manage even 1 length, let alone 20.

One happy bunny tonight!

Swam for 30 minutes last night, walked a mile and a small bit today and swam with Sean tonight - probably managed about 15 minutes swimming myself. Was trying to coach him on the breast stroke.

Helen..20 lengths..thats great i wish i could swim but i don't think i can overcome my fear of water as for the trainers..i would buy some..your feet need the support..i need some new ones myself..i find that my feet sometimes ache because my old ones are getting worn and are'nt supporting my feet like they should. I did'nt exercise at all today re-potted some plants and then went shopping..will have to make up tomorrow.
