I'm still around! I've been drinking way too much lately, especially with the playoffs. I need to cut back to just drinking on Tuesdays during dart league and just 3 maximum.

PT has stopped since I said I was feeling okay for over a week with my knee pain-wise, etc and that was after bowling for 4 hours straight on Sunday too! I do have to keep up with the strengthening exercises at home though so that's something.

I hope everyone is doing okay!

I am finally below my starting weight. -- This was a long journey. I obviously won't hit my goal, but any loss will be welcomed. I really need to learn to stay on path and not to take these detours.

Hi all. I was just looking at the spreadsheet. I've lost 41 lbs since the start of this challenge (it shows 40 on the spreadsheet but I've lost another lb since Thursday's weighin)
I just noticed that Suzukigurl has lost 43! Congrats Suzukigurl!
Congrats to us all! We've dropped a lot of lbs during this!

Hey all, I went MIA when I realized I hadn't lost anything in the first 6 weeks of the challenge! Basically, I maintained throughout the challenge, but I've finally had a small loss.

Sorry not to be around to cheer the rest of you on. Stalling can be so demoralizing, but that's really no excuse for giving up.

I won't make my goal, but I'll be lower at Halloween than I was on July 4th, so I have to make the most of it and set my sights on a new milestone.

Yay to all you losers!

I can't believe there is only one week left in this challenge!!! It doesn't look like I'm going to make goal, but if I lose 1.8 in the next week I'll have hit 20 lbs for this challenge, and that feels awesome. Great job everyone

i will not be making goal but im only 3 lbs from it! i got set back with being sick for a week about 3 weeks ago. and now i woke up sick again!! and all i wanna do when im sick is stuff my face lol. congrats to everyone who made their goals !!

Kymish-- don't feel bad! 3 lbs away from goal is close enough! Being sick really does make it impossible-- I went through something similar earlier in the challenge and it was debilitating.

Congrats to everyone who has lost during this challenge! I'm stuck at 143, making my total loss for the challenge 4 lbs. I went through a long period of stalling in fits and starts and feeling really bad about myself because it was getting so hard, but now I'm thinking maybe what I really need is a break to just maintain for a little while and not think about this all the time. Sometimes I feel like if I'm on a diet for too long, I lose steam, and forcing myself to do something I have no motivation to do is a recipe for failure. So for now I'm just going to let myself plateau and rest until I feel ready to get going again.

I've really enjoyed doing this challenge with all of you-- thanks so much for being part of this and for giving kind words, motivation, and support throughout the past few months!

What a journey... I only lost 20 lbs and did not make goal (nor close).. But I AM 20 LBS LIGHTER! and that is awesome!

My goal was 23 lbs but I had to maintain for two weeks in September. I hit 21 for the challenge!!! I'm pretty happy about that.

for putting on the challenge, and I'll see you guys in the Christmas one.
