Default Way to go Rosey

Nice going taking 250 home with you. I am not a gambler but good to hear someone won. It was a beautiful day here in SW Nebraska about 95 in the shade. But pretty. Clouding up now maybe this dry ole state will get some of that wet stuff. Going to try to corral my 16 year old to go out to supper with me. Summer is full of fun things for him...and in between the fun things he works 35-40 hours a week...but we still need to connect...Family is very important. And he will be going away soon enough...two more years and I will be dying of lonesome. He is my only and I am a widow..we have been alone since he was 2.5 years old. I think they will have to institutionalize me when he leaves. Maybe I'll join the peace corps...I always wanted to do that. ?????Night all Cindi

Cool

Hi, all. Cindi - hope you were able to coax ds to dinner on Friday and that you had more time with him on the weekend. Rosey - another $250 ??!! I'd sure like to take you to Reno with me. Sounds like everything is coming up roses (or is it Rosey?) at your house. I love wild roses. I love all flowers. It's Dahlia season so I was able to pick up some pretty flowers for half off at the super market on Saturday. They don't last long but they sure are pretty. Things are slow still in my office. A vendor came in and dropped off some cookies -which I gave away - but alas, I still have the peanut M&Ms sitting on my desk. Sigh. I wish I could find my motivation.

I am doing fine here. I have a very personal question to ask. I am so embarassed. Has anyone here ever had hemmroids? What are they like? I think I may have them and am not too sure what to do about them.

I haven't, but when my dad was undergoing chemo he had them really badly. I never asked much about them... Try tucks pads or preperation H, and let your doctor know. Cool baths helped too.

Angie: That sounds really painful. *hug*

Good luck at WW Angie. I agree, people on here are so good to talk to and very helpful too. I only wish I could be on here more often. I went to the doctor's yesterday. I have really good cholesterol, in all aspects, just need more exercise he said. He suggested I start walking. I will be able to be more active when we move back home.
