It says I'm a Portion Distortioner - and its very accurate in describing my eating patterns.

I'm a fast fueller! Hmmmm I think I got 4 for everything but portion distortioner, of which I scored 3. So how come if I scored 4 for nearly everything it's ranked one on top?

well done!!!!!

yummy I had the nicest dinner. I had tortilla wraps I made 3 because I had to unfreeze 3 they were stuck together but only ate 2.

I put in veggie chilli - veggie mince, half a tin of tomatos, peppers, onion, mushroom, hot pepper sauce just a teeny capful, and some beans then salad and put lime on it for dressing and a bit of grated cheese was gorgeous.

I'm also making soup for uni to save money.

Making lentil soup with chana lentils the other half of the tomatos, half a lime chopped up and some curry powder. You have to cook it for an hour and blend it then add a bit more water and cook again but it ends up gorgeous and tastes creamy and only costs about 30 for 4 portions.

I'm back! I'm so addicted - I need to check in here AS SOON as I get to work!

Right anyway...

Kickboxing last night, I'm now practising for my green belt. It's a sinch! Woo! And the other girl who's on the fast-track black belt has been off for a few weeks since she's been ill. She is a green belt at the moment, and I severely want to catch up with her and/or beat her! Anyway, she came last night to say hello, then she'll be back on Thursday. She brought with her... anti-natal scans! She's preggers! I'm still in shock!!!! It was a surprise for her too! But she's carrying on kickboxing for as long as she can. Respect to her. But since she'll be having to take time off... Well, I will get my black belt first! Mwahahahahaha! This is of course unless I get knocked up next... So I'm really pleased for her, but also secretly pleased for me, since I want to be the first lady black belt in the club I'm so evil

Oh and I know I haven't been weighing for ages and ages and ages because I was sick and then I was getting all stressed out about it, but I weighed in this morning and I'm 11 stone 11lbs, which is fine by me! At least it's not 11:13 which was my plateau weight! I would've been mega pissed off! Oh and my bf% is down by 0.7% too, which is seriously GREAT! It means that since the last time I weighed in at 11:13 I have lost... Duh duh duuuuuuh, 2 whole pounds of fat and no muscle! YAY!

So it's all good!

Oh and yesterday I was thinking that I'd have Maltesers, I went to the petrol station and picked up a bag, standing in the queue feeling up my bag of maltesers, thinking, "This is nothing! For 180kcals, that's NO FOOD at all!" so I put them back and picked up a Muller Light since I was starving!

I just need some For Belgium!
