As I posted a few days ago, my old scale is acting very badly, so I finally ordered a new one. I took the free shipping from Amazon, so it will be a few days before it gets here. It is so weird to not know how much I weigh. I still get on the scale, probably habit more than anything else. The old scale can't decide if I weigh 224 or 142.

188 again this morning. I'm ok with that. Losing about 1 pound a week, I can't expect too much change from day to day (especially with a scale that only measures to the half pound.)
