ubergirl~ take it easy on yourself while you're sick ok? Having a cold causes inflammation, and when that goes away you'll see a whoosh.

CookC04~ calorie counting is a great method! I lost 64 pounds mainly counting calories. It's nice that it allows you to eat what you like.

I had a win this morning.
Usually when I go out to dinner - the next day the scales jump by 1 kg (2lb) due to the salt.
Last night i went out to dinner and this morning I saw no significant change on the scales. I had pizza so I would have thought this would have been very salty.

Still 187. Some mornings, when you're walking to the scale feeling particularly heavy and scared of what you're about to see, no change feels like a win. Even if I know I've eaten well the day before, some mornings I can just feel that higher number coming.

Woohoo - 185.4 lb/ / 84.1kg despite eating salty food yesterday!

This is the first time I have seen been under 186
For me every 100g is a major achievement!

Oh and I went out twice on weekend - and as I went through my wardrobe to find the right outfits.... and guess what - I fit in my 2008 wardrobe now!

Goal #1 BMI <29
getting close - my bmi is 29.1 today

185.4 - wrong way. But I've been on plan calorie and exercise wise, so I'm pretty sure it's just a water weight thing.

Thanks! I think I will probably sit at 181 for several days... it's that time of the month for a stall, and I had a 4 pound whoosh this week. Maybe NEXT week I will be out of the 180's!

I was 187 this morning-- hard workout yesterday and only 1000cals. Something has to give!!!!!!!!

186.6 this morning, had a lovely dinner with friends and family for canadian thanksgiving and was very good, but still ate rich food. Just hoping to maintain tomorrow. Please oh please scale gods!

Just realized that since TOM started today that I might not like what I see tomorrow. Crap.
