Good job, ubercast! I had a little sodium bounce today, so 184. Very cool that a bounce UP is a paltry 184...
Had a good bike ride with #1 son yesterday! Very nice. Tonight it is weights and stationary bike - not nearly as much fun as the wind in your hair.

After being gone for the weekend, I weighed 193 this morning! I was bad over the weekend but I hope that a large portion of the extra weight is from traveling and my weight will go back in the 180s in a couple of days.
