  • FINALLY!!!!!!!! 187. The first scale budge in ages. I have not been exercising, because of the recent move and time constraints, but really anxious to get back on track.

Well done! You've been so persistent! Not to say blddy-minded!!

Looks like I'm dancing the half-pound shuffle again!
I'm happy, though: I had a steroid injection in my foot yesterday, and wondered if even the one shot could have produced a water-retention reaction; also, the podiatrist has told me not to go walking for a couple of days, so I'm down on exercise. TBH, once the local anaesthetic had worn off, the injection site was sooooo painful that I couldn't have walked! Thankfully, it's a bit better today.

    On we go.
  • Bounced back up to 188.
  • 179.9
    Wowzer!
  • Rosinante-- you are KICKING IT!!!! YAY!!

I'm still sticking at 187. Very happy....!!!!!
  • Rosinante and ubergirl - Congrats

    Bouncing between 187.5 and 188. Today's 188 again.
  • 180.5

    Called back by immigration.

No worries, this is how it always goes, a whoosh followed by a slight rollback.
  • I know how that goes Rosinante!!

Bounced back down to 187.5 this morning.
  • Huge frownie face. Out to dinner last night. Ordered fish but it must have been richer than I thought. Scale bump to 189 today. I was NOT good with my food yesterday, but back on track today.
  • 180.2

  • I've been here 6 weeks. Boy, I kind of wish I hadn't looked, it didn't feel as long!
