183.2 - moving slowly back down.
I track my weekly averages and they are moving in the right direction - although since I've started running again, I am having huge weight fluctuations - down over 2# one week, up a pound the next.
But my overall loss for the last month is about a pound a week which is right on track for me. Basically, I've trimmed my calories a bit and increased my average burn each week.
