183.4. Wrong way but not unexpected. My weight fluctuates a LOT. The good news is that my official recorded weight each week is the average of all my weights that week and that's still down almost 2# (which is HUGE for me) and tomorrow is my official weigh in day!

Not a huge shock - I ate at the top end of my range yesterday, had lots of sodium, and it's almost TOM. And my weekly average was still down 2#, so I'll take it!

How is everyone else doing? I know we lost Lyn to the 170s!!

183.2 - moving slowly back down.

I track my weekly averages and they are moving in the right direction - although since I've started running again, I am having huge weight fluctuations - down over 2# one week, up a pound the next.

But my overall loss for the last month is about a pound a week which is right on track for me. Basically, I've trimmed my calories a bit and increased my average burn each week.

It took two weeks from my last post to lost just under a pound, but I'm finally there. And, it's my birthday! Happy Birthday to me!

I haven't been in the 170s for at least 5 years so I'm thrilled.

I'm happy to report that I'm finally BACK in the 180s after bouncing around 190-192 for a while.

I was 189 this am and 188 this pm (I know double weighing is a no no, but oh well...)

Maybe this time I can actually get past the blankety-blank 180s and all the way to goal!

hey uber-girl. we both just got into the 180's and our height is the same
so i guess were kinda in the same boat. hope to keep hearing from you

i weighed in today at 188.3 !!! getting there slowely. But getting there

Reviving this thread ...

After weeks of bouncing around 187-189 due to bad choices and lots of succumbing to constant temptations, I'm finally down a half pound from my previous low at 185.5.

So here I am in the mid-180s, finally.

How is everyone else doing? Have you all dropped through the bottom of the 180s and that's why the thread was dead?

Ugh Webrover. I'm back to hovering in the low 190s... I made some poor choices at Thanksgiving and went up a few pounds, now, I've been doing very well on plan and I've significantly upped my exercise, so I'm thinking that these pounds will drop off soon. My body seems to LOVE being around 190 and even though I dip into the 180s I just can't stay there.
