  • Rosinante, they don't have a chance!

188 last week, 193 yesterday, 198 today, step off the scale then step back on, 146.
I think that the old scale has finally died. I am ordering a new one today and then will face the music. I am prepared to go back to the "Getting out of the 190's" thread but I will miss you all! I am telling myself that I have lost what I have lost no matter what the scales say. I will look the same and my clothes will fit the same. My plan is to take the difference between 188 and whatever my new scales says and add it to my starting weight. I know that I have lost 100 pounds because the doctor's scale say so. It may be a relief to get this behind me.

PS, my new avatar did what I wanted. It helped me see how far I have come. Our minds can play funny tricks on us. I still can't see any change in the mirror.
  • You can stay here and play anyway, Cheryl. We still like you!

182.8 today; perhaps tomorrow will see new territory.
  • omg, my weight is all over the place too. I am not even going to discuss it.

    Next week will be better.
  • 188 today.
  • 179.6!!!
  • bye, envelope!!!!!

    183.7

    again.
  • 190 this morning. Retaining water.
  • 182.7 off again
  • 188 for the third day.
  • No idea what I weigh - everything is completely out of whack and I probably couldn't stand upright and read the scale without falling over anyway. I'm going to keep posting and hope I can move forward again soon.
  • Calluna - hope you're feeling better soon.
  • 189 this morning. Calluna... hope you are feeling better soon!
  • Congrats Ubergirl! Good to see you in the 180s.

    187.5
  • Thank you! Trying to keep my chin up...I was doing SO WELL!
  • Quote: Congrats Ubergirl! Good to see you in the 180s.

Thanks webrover-- but I'm sorry to say I've been here for weeks... I just keep bouncing between 188 and 190. This morning 190 again.

I HAVE to get back on track with exercise.... exercised Friday, yesterday heaved a lot of boxes, today no time.
