chellez, that Blue Team Cheat Sheet is awesome--thank you!!

My stomach seems to be settling down a bit. I think maybe 3 Kashi bars this morning proved to be a bit too much fiber in a short amount of time So I've been drinking plenty of water and eating less fiberful (yup, it's a word, I decided) things while my tummy settles.

I would love to go work from home for the afternoon, but I need info from 2 people in the office. I've enailed them both and got no response, and they're in a conference call now, so I have to wait for them to become available. I really hate relying on info from others before I can do what I need to do because I can get work done VERY quickly myself while others tend to take their sweet time Just another reason I should start my own business, right?

Just dropped in quick to say hi. My BIL (49 years old) collapsed at home yesterday and ended up in the neuro trauma unit with a huge subarachnoid hemorrhage. He had been complaining of an ear ache and headache over the weekend and Monday morning this happened. We had him air lifted from the local hospital to Hershey Medical center for more specialized care. What a nightmare. My sister is running on autopilot and thank God my entire family is coming in from all over the U.S. Things aren't looking real great, so I was hoping you guys could take a bit of your time today and say a prayer for Richie. He is the greatest guy and so many people love him.

Thanks guys.

Lisa

Hay yall! I started this ages ago and just came back so I'm behind on anything new.

I'll be posting my weight today because I went to my WW meeting last night as usual and I had a 4 lb. loss!

I've thought about getting my tongue done but I am afraid of the pain.
Bad girl you must protect the piercing as well as the boobies. lol She should have used one of those protective silicone blister bandeges. That's what I use when showering/swimming w/ a new piercing. Persinaly I like nip piercings on guys better then girls. It makes the guy really sensitive there.

I've always wanted to check out the rollerderby, too, I hear about events and fundraisers and i never seem to be able to make it out - i'm jealous you've been.
So have I! They just started a leigue here, to bad it conflicts with theater.

True running is not really an option for me as far as the doctor's are concerned, esp with the weight I am carrying right now (doing something about that though), but I can "run" on the elliptical.
Thanks so much. I tried this last night a bit. The podcast didn't load on my shuffle for some reason so I did what I could from memory on an elliptical and I've had no pain today! Someday I might try the actual running once I wouldn't be slamming 280 lbs on to my legs.

Now I'm off to swim and then school. Ta!

Boy, this thread moves quickly. I only read up to page 6 yesterday at work! I'm in the challenge full swing around here! OP and exercising hard.

But, I might not be posting much for a couple days. My little 7 month old nephew is at OSU children's hospital in Portland - needed an emergency blood transfusion last night. We were down there this past weekend and my sister had noticed for about 3 weeks that he seemed to be pale. He is a very "white" baby, but he was that nearly glow-in-the-dark white now. What scared me was that his lips looked nearly the same as his skin. He didn't act sick in the least though. Just super happy and easy. She called his pediatrician on Saturday but he said to bring him in Monday morning. The lab work showed that his rbc's were terribly low and he's had 2 transfusions so far and they are waiting to see if he'll need a third. They don't know why this is happening yet, but I'm wondering if it's something genetic since he's not acting sick at all. Plus my Grandma had a series of evolution strokes this past weekend and I think I need to head down to SoCal for a visit. She's 93.

Healing for Richie. Sorry for your sister. It always is hard on me when my sister's life is hard.

Nori--Sorry for your family. That is a lot at once.

Took my little trolls to the doctor and both have sinus infections and Will has bronchitis as well. I am guessing no HOT MONKEY LOVE for the anniversary. We are all sick to death of each other. If I don't get out for my run tonight, I WILL blow a fuse.

OUCH! My knee actually started to hurt thinking about it.

I'll pray for him and your family and of course you!

Francie HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Velveteen Thanks and I'm not really sure where, but I will definitely try to research more. What made you decide to just up and move to the Netherlands? If you don't mind me asking?

Hope everyone's day is going superb. I'm off to the gym after doing my online thing. To answer the question I am 21 and from Rosemount, MN...

Let's go Blue!

What do you prefer to be called? Linda

* We talk a lot about being OP? What is YOUR plan? 6 mini meals of approx. 200 calories each - meatless Mondays and Wednesdays, a bit of a treat - fruit and nuts, fruit and 3 hershey kisses

* How can we help you achieve your goals? I like the idea of taunt me often but taking no excuses would work as well

* Is there any specific request you have? Looking for a partner to hold you accountable for calories, exercise, etc? Do you need some inspiration each morning? to keep it fun and to keep at it but no -nothing special,
