I have tried all three. I did the MRC-6 first because it's for all over; I lost 12 inches. I then started Corti-Trim for stress & belly fat and lost an additional 17.75 inches. I'm out of both - and just started Phentatrim - so I don't know the benefits yet. I did accidentally go all day w/o eating yesterday after taking it, so I have to be super conscious of eating times because it really does the trick for me as far as appetite suppressant.

Otherwise none are required or necessary it just helps with the little things you might need it for. Krill & Multi-vitamin I consider necessary - very cheap at the pharmacy. I also take B6 for water retention problems.

My personal goal was 195, but my center's goal for me is 191. I may make their goal yet.

Received my menu for week 4 of stabilization, and I am now adding an additional serving of veggies to dinner twice a week. The choices of veggies for those 2 days a week are expanded, too, to include corn, carrots, pumpkin, jicama, and more. I never thought I'd be so excited to eat more veggies.

The biggest problem I'm running into on stabilization: the addition of so many items/choices is overwhelming and requires even more advanced planning on my part. Silly me, I thought additional choices would make things easier--I would be able to just pull stuff out and whip it together more easily--but I actually have to think about it more, especially since I don't have recipes already put together that use the things I can eat now.

Does the cookbook have a maintenance section? I have my cookbook tucked away around here somewhere, maybe I should look at that. And check with my center.
CONGRATS!!! And yes the cookbook has a small section for maintenance. I heard a new cookbook is coming out this year - as one of the consultants at my center is adding to it & taking out some recipes that are just down right gross! LOL!

I feel your pain. I was there on the last 10lbs. I don't like any of the wafers. I normally eat the assorted pack of bars or the caramel nut - they just have more consistency to trick my brain into thinking I ate more than just a bar LOL.

I did have great results on meta-quick to reach a short-term goal so good luck!

What a hot day in North Carolina! Made me want ice cream. I resisted the urge by going to TJ Maxx instead and tried on clothes. Much better, right?! I was totally excited to have fit into a size 6 fitted skirt. OMG ... I could hear the angels' sing. So, I just had to buy the skirt. What I would really like to do is tear out the tag and sew it on the front of the skirt. LOL! As an adult I have never ever fit into a 6.

Now see, I didn't even miss that ice cream.

Wow I've missed a lot in 1 day!

WI today and broke all the rules (later in the day then normal, right after eating and exercising, etc.) I eneded up 2 lbs higher than on Saturday, but I know this is water weight and it is not stressing me out (amazingly!). I was thinking about it earlier and decided that I don't want to be a skinny blob anymore than I want to be a fat one so if working out slows me down a little - it is worth it to have some defined muscle at the end of this weightloss! (Who knew I could be so mature and have a healthy attitude?)

Congrats to teacherlady and Rxgirl1 on your losses! You help to inspire me to hang in there even when the scale is uncooperative.

RaRaf - a loss is a loss and every ounce counts . . . we all go through slow time when our body is adjusting to these changes just hang in there and stay on plan!

Patzi and Junie04 - Thanks for the recipies I love trying new things!

For supplements - money is tight so I have stuck with a Multivitamin, Krill and Viactive calcium with vitamin D and K. I think everyone's body and metabolisim is different and what works for you may or may not work for me. So far I have lost 32 lbs and 39 inches (all over, but a lot from my belly/hips); however, if I need supplements later I will add them!

LisaK190 - a size 6 - WOW that honestly is beyond my wildest dreams (I was hoping for an 8) I may have to learn to dream smaller! Shopping is definately better than icecream - I have been making a lot of snowcones to help with that cold treat craving. I love the idea about sewing the tag in the front, but I think I would be tempted to use glitter paint to write "size 6" in large letters on the front, back and side of the skirt.

I hope you all have a great OP week. We can do this and you are not in this alone - I got your back!

Mariah

Trace Minerals helps increase energy and replace missing minerals in our bodies.

I take 2 every day.

Patzi

Thanks so much Patzi! It's been a long journey (just hit a year) but it's been so worth it! I am excited about hitting that 90 pound mark. Now that my two vacations are over, I think I will get down to business again. I've been within 85-90 pounds lost now for a few weeks.

Just got back from my weigh in. I lost 1.4 today which I am very happy about being I was on vacation last week. I have 4 weeks left until I start stabilization. I am excited about that too!
