Deets - in a week. Two weeks ago 6.4 for two weeks. Last week 1 pd. Then this week 3.2 lbs!

Not too thrilled - I'll be lucky to shed a total 6lbs this month.....sign.

Guess the bigger losses in the first month made me expect that was going to continue to happen.

Hmmm, so bummed about it, maybe I have PMS

sznn~ your still doing great. i think that initially our bodies were so use to junk that the pounds fall off easier, so we all have probably felt the same way.

but a loss is far better than a gain...you are headed in the right direction

Default i got weighed
I went to WI yesterday and was up 4 since friday. But I went at 7 pm and i usually go at 11 am or around that. That may be why. I am going to go today this AM and see what I am. up 4 was a diappointment. I did take off and I hated it. I got a head ache from not eating and felt awful. They did not suggest that I do it again.
