I was told that I can adjust my goal at any time. If I decide I want to go lower in weight, I can add more weeks. If I reach a weight that I am happy with, I can go on stabilization. It's all what you feel comfortable with.

I have also adjusted my goal a few times (to go lower), so I'm sure you can change your goal at any time.

Lost 3.6 since Monday. Happy for a great loss, but worried it will come back once I'm feeling better and eating better.

Gymgurl - don't get discouraged. I did the same thing - I dropped alot during the TO and then slowed for about a week. Then I just started losing again....just give it a little time - it will work.

It seems like it's impossible for me to lose, even on TO. It's like my body refuses to let go of any weight. When I feel like I've lost, I'll go WI and I've gained, not lost...I have a lot of weight to lose (over 50 lbs) so I'm not sure how to kick things off so any suggestions would be WONDERFUL!

Good Morning Strivingfor150. I too have 54 pounds to lose and I have only been on LAWL since 1/8. I did TO and lost nothing, they put me on the purple plan and it is coming off. I have lost above 6lbs (WI tomorrow). What plan are you on? I would talk to them and let them know what is going on. You dont have to wait until WI for that. I will only see the same CO because I feel that it makes better sense to see the same person each time. That way I do not conflicting info. Sorry for the stalling but I know that you will turn this around and be the big loser in the end!! So dont be to hard on yourself today, call or go in and talk with them. That is what they are there for.

Let me know what they say!

Bernadette

I am finally down. I am at 153.4, I flutuated so much fo rth epast week, I don't know how much that is lost, but at least I am down.

gymgurl, i know you mentioned before that the COD told you you didn't loose because you didn't eat enough... that is so true, so even though it is a lot, try to eat everything, even if you just do all lighter portions.
