  • Just left LAWL for another WI and I lost 2.3 lbs! I guess I spoke too soon huh. My problem is that I'm not patient enough...Thanks for the encouragment thnknthn, it really helps.

  • make sure you are weighing your food...make sure you are not going over or under the amounts....drink your water......how long have you been OP and how long have you been stuck
  • are you eating basically the same foods each day, switch up your choices, try to have higher calorie days followed by a few lower calorie days, also try a plateau breaker.

  • others, please feel free to chime in if i can't remember it all, but you basically have no red or dark meat or pork, no carb cravers, no eating out, no forzen meals no condiments, no free food for 5 days, but I have also heard 7 days and I have also heard not having bars for lites, instead having the drinks or soups as part of it too. Very Very basic.
