I went on a mini-vacation, and was actually able to get in a 30 minute power walk every day except Saturday.

Hope I can join in! I've never posted on one of these "post your exercise" type threads, so please let me know if I'm intruding...like if you need to join in at the beginning of the month or whatever.

If it's ok though, I'll try to start posting everyday. Hopefully it will help keep me motivated!

Today:
2-Mile Walk Away the Pounds video - 30 min.
Lotte Berk Method Video - 30 min.
about 1 hr. of strength training, crunches, stretches, etc.

Welcome! You're not intruding at all The more the merrier!

As for me, I got my 30 minute power walk this morning, and if it's not raining at lunch, I'll get in another today.

Default My first post on this thread

Good for all of you for getting your exercise in today.
DH and I walked for 20 minutes through the neighborhood in the morning
tonight I was in the pool for 40 minutes, swiming laps, walking and tredding water.

The rain finally cleared up last night around 6:30, so I got in an hour of power walking.

This morning I got in 30 minutes of power walking, and hopefully I'll get in another 30 minutes at lunch.

I've been neglecting my stability ball lately, so I want to do that tonight. It's too easy to forget to get in strength training...

Default Exercise for today...

This morning I woke up and did a 20-minute Tae Bo power round workout. It's my rest day for my treadmill workout so no treadmill this morning. Tonight I'll be doing a 55-minute Tae Bo Ultimate Boot Camp workout. Plus I got in my full 140 crunches for the day.

This morning I did a Body Electric show, which is about 30 min. of strength training. Parts worked - pecs, quads, outer thighs, and inner thighs. I met bf last night to go out to dinner with another couple, so I left my bike at the train station (and it rained overnight. Sigh.). So I walked to the train this morning - about 6 blocks.

Tomorrow morning is my Jazzercise class (~1 hour total - 40 min cardio, 20 min. strength training).

Yesterday I did the recumbent bike for an hour; today I did 50 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes of weights.

Add to yesterday a 30 minute walk at lunch time.

This morning, 30 minute power walk.

Tonight is stability ball night, so hopefully I can keep up the discipline...

I got in another 30 minute walk yesterday, but didn't do the stability ball.

30 minute walk this morning, and hopefully another at lunch, and, if I'm lucky, stability ball tonight.

I'm back on track! I did my morning walk this morning. I added 1/2 mile to my usual 3 miles. I think my body started getting used to the 3 miles. I'm so happy I did it. I was starting to worry that I might gain all the weight I had lost. But so far no damage has been done.
