I've been feeling really bloated lately so I haven't weighed in for a bit...trying some apple cider vinegar and peppermint tea to see if that helps it go down. I looove workout 3.

Hey guys! I'm a bit late to the party.. didn't realise she even had this out till she mentioned it on her podcast last week.. but I just finished Day 2 today and I'm so happy that at least Workout 1 and Workout 2 are apartment friendly.. (I live in a second floor apartment.. so neighbors got pissed when I tried to do p90x and insanity). It's been fun so far and I hope I get in as far as some of you guys already did!

I start week 3 on monday. I've lost 3 lbs so far. I lost 2 inches from each thigh and 1 from my hips and waist. My arms however remain the same I'm happy with results so far, I love that I can see improvement in getting through the workouts too. I would love to get some updates from everyone, need all the motivation I can get! Good Luck everyone, we CAN do this!

So I started phase 1 today. It wasn't bad at all. I did sweat a lot. Looking forward to work out 2 tomorrow.
I will be weighing in once a week and I probably will take measurements so I will have another factor to go on besides weight. Hope everyone is still hanging in there.

Workout 3 today for the first time, wow, hard, but great! Kind of surprised I'm not very sore! I had a heck of a time with a few of the moves. I'm terrible at regular planks, never mind all these fancy ones, lol. Bring on workout 4 tomorrow, I'm really curious what that one will be like.

I might look into getting this. I just browsed the link quickly and it looks well planned out. Do you get a meal plan with this?

Finished workout 2 today. Still not bad. My chest was a bit sore from yesterday's workout. I really like how she starts with te fundamentals to allow your body to get used to the moves. I think on wednesday and thursday, i will do the intermediate version of the moves. Looking forward to cardio.
