10/10 again today! Today was my first weigh in day since restarting last Sunday and I've lost 7lbs this week, and a total of 22lbs since October. Feeling amazing and so strong

I'm feeling renewed motivation. The last two days unraveled to binges, and I will not let today have the same fate. I am doing this because I want the body I could have and I am willing to do the work to get it. I will not let two bad days keep me from going. So much can be done in the last 6 weeks of Summer, and I will do it

9/10 Excited for work today, it's our first day open. I love working at a Christmas store in the summer. It's so funny to watch people freak out. I have most of my lunch packed and I'm currently eating a good breakfast. I'm a little bummed because some of my old friends that I've drifted away from are trying to get back in touch with me. They heard I had a really hard time this past year and now they're all trying to get me to go out and do stuff with them. Part of me appreciates it but at the same time I'm doing really well right now and I have a great support network. Where were they when I was in the thick of it? My one friend is just being so pushy about it and I know it's because he didn't realize how bad things had actually got and now he wants to make it up but he's always kinda scared me so I don't like hanging out with him. He's not a bad guy at all and there really is no reason to be afraid of him. We're just two very different people from very different cultures. He openly confrontational and us Minnesotans don't know how to handle that. There's a joke in our state about being Minnesota Nice which is code for passive aggressive. Confrontation scares the living s*** out of me!!

Leah, that's so funny!

Today I was a 10/10! I spent the day with my DearGrandson, which always makes me happy! I did miss the gym hours, but I made it out to the walk park and put in a couple of miles there. Oh, and I only gained half a lb as a result of Carb Day, yay!

I am committed today....will be taking some healthy foods to work and will be getting up early to get in at least 30 minutes of activity before I head out for the day. I also want to drink lots of water...at least 80 oz....

8/19 - feeling good today! Gonna schedule a checkup with my doctor and catch up on my to do list that's gotten a bit long. Have some healthy meals planned but need to do a good grocery shopping soon. Also want to get to the gym even just for a walk on the treadmill. It has been too long what with me being sick and not having energy. I am feeling like a big slob lately and my weight loss has stalled despite hardly eating for two weeks. Ready to get back on track and hit my mini goal!

9/10 A little bit of a frustrating start for me physically. My B12 deficiency is deciding to throw a hissy fit. But oh well, at least my new job I spend a lot of time sitting. I was able to call and get my insurance partially figured out, it'll take longer than expected but it's on the right track to being fixed.

LovelyLeah That is brilliant!! I'm also terrified of confrontation. I also love Christmas all year round and would totally have your job, if such a thing were here. (Maybe I should introduce it? )

I think i forgot to check in yesterday, oops! Today i'm also 9/10ing it, feeling a tiny bit weary, and went to the groomers earlier to get trimmed and got to see all my wobbly bits in their giant mirrors... On the plus side, it motivated me more, but on the downside I feel rubbish about my body and wish my efforts would hurry up and show themselves! I just keep thinking.. a month from now.. 2 months from now... by my birthday in Sept... there will be a difference... even if its small

Leah, I hope you get that B12 worked out soon! I'm so glad the new (old) job is working out well for you! And you are smoking that scale!!!

Slashnl, I hope you had a great time! Good job jumping right back on plan!

MsTibbles, oooo, mirrors, yes, those can be very...honest! But great attitude, because you are going to be looking and feeling so much better by your birthday!

Today, I am a 10/10! I am another half lb down and I am just happy to be getting farther from the 200's!

EDITED TO ADD: Why is it as I type, or even when I preview the post, I don't see the typos? Lol!

10/10 again today, got a lovely egg mayo and ham roll for my dinner and looking forward to devouring it! Did some Pilates last night and feeling my muscles working today.

I would say that I'm at a 9/10. I didn't do well yesterday, so I need to be much better today.

Jacqui: How nice to be getting BELOW that 200 mark and inching further away! Congrats!
