HI TEAM ~

Well it has been another exhausting week with travel and work. I even have to go by one of my sister/brother in law's house after work to do some drywall in their bathroom...one more day then that is over

My weight has been 183-184 all week again...sounding like a broken record! I seriously think I am doing things to bring it down some...although not perfect...

went for Italian on Friday Night Splits ~ split a salad and penne alla vodka with Angie, we even had some of both leftover for dinner last night...I did get that large 1/2 pepperoni and cheese to go though which we added to the pasta and salad for dinner last night.

My beer intake is doing very well I am at 2 beers a day Sun-Thurs and 3 on Fri and Sat...I think I can do this! I have to do this!

I have been getting my walks in when I can. Angie and I did 4 miles yesterday morning down to Starbucks and back home by way of bunny poo park with the mutts. Going to second service at church today since Angie is playing bells so we may go this morning, if not we will go this afternoon for a few.

Angie just came down and she said she is going for a 5 mile run so it looks like I will be taking the mutts for a couple of miles by myself....I think I'll jump on that right now before church

I will try to get back this afternoon...

be good TEAM

I'm back.. I'm sore today and very tired. It rained on us all day and all night at the Relay for Life walk non stop. Finally the organizers just said to pack it in early and by 10 o clock at night the stadium was pretty much empty and pretty much all the fun activities got canceled since a lot of people that had activity booths didn't show for the rain due to their equipment not being water proof etc.. It was supposed to go from 3pm yesterday and all night and until 6am this morning. Oh well maybe next year there will be better weather. The lighting ceremony was a bit sad. My parents names were called for in memory of and the song that was playing was " I hope you dance" when their names were said and that was the closing song at my mother's memorial service so it made me feel like she was there somehow. I didn't clock how much I walked. I wish I had but I don't have a working pedometer. I do in fact have a bladder infection and started myself on some antibotics. So hopefully I'll start feeling better soon since walking makes me feel like I gotta go to the bathroom badly. Have a great weekend!

EZMONEY-enjoy church!

I'm having a frustrating week so far and trying to not slip back in old habits. I've had a lot of work demands this week with me being required to stay even later and it's not over still, done a lot of favors for other people at the last minute when asked at the last minute and donated my time which cuts into my exercising time and food planning and ability to cook. On top of all of this, it seems like our finances are a mess due to people accidentally double charging us on things, insurance company sending the wrong checks to the wrong places etc.. So I'm ready for the weekend already. I've told my husband I don't even want to hear about some of the financial stuff and that he just needs to take care of it which is unlike me but I'm ready to scream since this stuff has been on going with the mortgage and insurance companies for close to two months now. I've not lost any weight either lately. For a week now my stomach has been hurting me then today I magically woke up and it was gone. So I hope it stays away whatever it was.

Mtiger- HUGS!!

Toobig-So sorry about your family's health. That's gotta be stressful.

EZMONEY-Be careful driving!

have a great night! I am going to bed early.

BUMP come on guys!! Found us on page two again.. I know we are all really busy.

I walked laps yesterday at recess at work for close to 15 minutes then opted to move off and away haha since the kids were so wild and there were so many kiddos out on the playground due to it being Friday and I just opted to keep standing and moving around. I'm going to a soccer game this morning if I can find where it is. I was not given an address or really great directions. So we will see if I get there. I've gotta do some serious housework like laundry and cleaning around here this weekend as well plus catch up on some correspondence with people. I've also got homework as well. Enjoy your weekend everyone! It looks beautiful outside where I am so hopefully it's the same elsewhere for all of you!

I weighed 231 this morning, which is weird. But I will take a loss wether I feel like I have it coming or not.

Went to the doctor last week and the nurse looked back in my chart at my past weights and seven years ago I weighed 253. So who knows how long I have been over weight, I sure thought this weight gain had just creeped up on me the last five or six years. How could I be that out of touch with my own body??

So last week I gained about 6 pounds. YEP!!! 6. Not sure how that is actually possible, but it's true. Yesterday I was 181.4, didn't work out and went out for dinner and 2 drinks. Today- 178. WTH???

I really don't have this figured out at all. I surrender.

Brat- Yesterday my girls were so awful I ready to walk and go home, let somebody else take care of them. All 3 office people came down to deal with them at some point. We all went out for drinks after work.

I'm pleased to report I've finally moved down on the scale after it not budging for almost three weeks. I'm down to 206.8 for a total of 2.4 pounds lost this past week. So I am doing something right! I was starting to worry but just kept thinking that I'd have to be patient. Now I just have to figure out what it is that I did lol..

Toobig- I understand feeling out of touch with your own body.

Mtiger-the kids have been a bit unruly too at times. Your weight gain then loss would confuse me and frustrate me too so I am sorry for you. BUT you got down some this week!

have a good day all!

HI TEAM

sad story...I have hit 185 3 out of the last 4 days in a row after not being 185 2 days in a row or more since Feb.

I was working a ton of hours...thought that would help...nope.

I can honestly say that my beer count the last 2 weeks is 1/2 of what it had been but every time I turn around I am eating high calorie foods. I am doing great on my portions....but...

cheese on my sandwiches after not having it for a long time....those nacho breakfasts...dang ....I even had snacks after dinner....a small bowl of chips or crackers 3 times last week....I never snack after dinner...

I am off work...kind of....from my job for a while...we have a lot of work coming up. I never really know for how long since we pick up stuff all the time that requires us to start right now! I do have side jobs that people have been waiting for me to do that I have been on this week.

Being off my main job has allowed me to get some miles in with my mutts this week...making us all happy campers! We put in 3.5 today and 2.5 yesterday.

Be good TEAM

Well TEAM we finally made page 3

I haven't been much help.

I weighed in at 184.0 this morning...getting that mean ol' scale going in the right direction again....

thinking of weighing myself upside down and see it that helps

This week off has turned into "working every day"...which is good for the $$$ but not for the rest. It has been an easy week though, close to home and short hours. Giving me time to get the dogs and myself out for a few miles each day.

Really craving and caving in to those tortilla chips and melted cheddar cheese nachos again My snack of choice...well actually not a snack (one thing I usually do not do thank goodness)....let's just call it for what it is...an unhealthy breakfast or lunch depending on the time I throw them in the microwave...

maybe I should disable the microwave

Be good TEAM
