I have off from work today. It is great to have the time off, but I have to be very careful with staying out of the kitchen!!! I will be weighing in on Monday and I want to see something good!

EZ: parmesan cheeseburger... yum... I like that kind of baloney!

toobig: it would be a big temptation for me with candy bars. do you do ok with staying away from them?

Janelle: can you casually throw the cookies away?

EZ - Do Tostitoes count as cheating? They are a serious weakness of mine. The bad news is... I finished the bag; the good news? They're gone! I promise not to buy any more.

Still 207 today. Glad it hasn't gone up, but wish I could move down a bit. I will try not to cheat anymore this week, EZ. Then we can celebrate a fresh start in March.

Slashnl- I thought I would be ok with the candy bars since I didn't buy any of my favs. Turns out that was baloney!!! I dreamed about the darn candy bars last night.

Guess we will both be trying to stay out of the kitchen.

I made my mini-goal to get to 183 by today...was there this past week but was up to 184 yesterday...hit 183.8 this morning and I jumped off!...goal!

Now to trim the baloney to size a bit and keep it moving downward!

Giving blood this morning with my daughter...

I will be a pint low...

Gary- SO happy that one of us is making their goals. Oh wait, I stopped setting goals because I never reach them. That's right!!

Hoping TOM is coming soon, before I gain anymore. I was 180.2 today and would like to stay there until TOM passes. PLEASE!!! Can I get a small break here??

Well TEAM I did reach my birthday goal on Saturday of 183.8....by the skin of my teeth...

had a great day....gave blood with my daughter, a few chores then watched some Olympics with Angie. Then the kids and their spouses, my nephew and sister and one of my nieces joined us at church then we all went to Angie and my favorite Mexican place.

I ended up having a lot of homemade chicken soup on Friday and Saturday for lunch and I hit the chips a bit hard....so this morning I was at 186.0

I am hoping that was from the sodium....hope-hope.

My next goal will be to get down a solid 5 pounds more before Easter....somewhere around 178....175 would be awesome....

I even have a new tie to wear to service

I took off a few pounds this morning walking the mutts with Angie at the beach for 4 miles...but I probably put them back on with the mushroom/cheese/spinach omelette I had at the beach cafe....dang!

I was good at the Mexican joint though...brought 1/2 home of my carne asada plate for lunch today....

beers at a reasonable amount....

I hope that eveyone had a good and successful weekend. I am at 213 this morning which is a lot bettter then the 216 I had at the drs. office on Wendseday.

Well Team.. I apologize for my absence. My mother died on Saturday a bit unexpectedly. So I've been very busy since then making arrangements. I'm not really thinking right now about weight or working out. It's been a work out anyways doing all the errands I have. It's late and I'm tired so.. good night team.
