Just teetering around the 178 mark. Did Shred with my friend Kelly today, about 25 min. Used #8 weights and they killed my arms. GOt home and got some news that pissed me off, so I took off from my house and started running. By the time I had worn my frustration down I had run 1.5 miles. Go ahead!!! Piss me off again. LOL!!!

Anne- I am hoping the nice weather will help me drop some pounds this spring and summer. PLEASE!!!!!

Back up to 206 today & know I deserve it after pigging out yesterday. I am trying to look at it as an opportunity to re-commit rather than getting discouraged. So far today I have been 100% on plan, so hopefully the gain will be temporary so I can get back to 204 before my WW weigh-in.

Be good, Team!

Well.. hopefully this post works. I tried posting last night and gave up. I went to the nurse practionier yesterday and there is no bun in the oven so I don't have to worry about that right now. She put me back on birth control and metformin to help me lose weight and counteract the PCOS and pre diabetes I have. Hopefully the metformin doesn't cause terrible stomach pain like it did the last time which is why I quit taking it. I cancelled my gym membership finally because I just don't go enough and it's a good drive from my house. I went to Walmart last night and got 30 day shred by Jillian instead. I like that it has only 20 minute routines in it. Surely I can do that. I've decided to go back to doing baby steps only for awhile. I'm just so overwhelmed right now at times. I weighed in at 205.6 and my blood pressure was perfect go figure. But the nurse was very concerned about stress so I promised I'd take care of myself and do a bit of fun stuff. My husband is off this Saturday and Sunday and I'm really looking forward to it. Anyways take care guys!

Blonde - good luck with the new meds. If you weighed in at the Drs at 205, where are you now at home? I've lost track of our friendly "race" to 199. I was 204 today, but that was at home without clothes, so I'm guessing you're ahead of me. But we're both SO CLOSE I can hardly stand it!

My goal for March is to make 202. It's only a lb a week, but I figure it's realistic and better than being disappointed if I pick something lower (like 199) and don't make it. I keep telling myself that I have my whole life to get where I'm going, but dang-it, I'd like to get there NOW!

Other big news: I took a home pregnancy test & it was POSITIVE! This is great news, but nobody get too excited, as I've had several miscarriages in the past. I will be walking on eggshells until the very end, but will think good thoughts for now. I'm also hoping the morning sick phase will push me under 200 before the growing phase pushes me over the top!! Now I have another reason to eat healthy

Anne-I am at 204.6 without clothes. But I think Aunt Flo is trying to make an appearance despite my problems I've been having with it. Congrats on the news. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. You most certainly do have another reason to eat healthy now.

Ms.Augie-Hope you are feeling well.

I just got back from getting a facial and a massage done. It was AMAZING. I am so glad I did it. It was worth the money. I had my first massage years ago and it was not a good one to say the least so it's been 8 years since that experience. I am so glad I gave it another shot. I feel so much better and even almost happy. I thought about my mom half the time while I was in there being pampered. My mom loved doing spa type things. Yet another thing I should have listened to her about so much sooner haha. :-) Have a great day!

well things are going good here. took one of the dogs for a 30 min walk then spent 1 hr raking the back yard after the winter "mine field" planting. (if you have dogs and get a lot of snow you will know what I am talking about. it is nothing like the summer mine field planting.) about 1/3 of the yard to go. oh how did we get to the second page today??

So I am up to 207. I'm feeling pretty blah but I guess it's because Aunt Flo is finally here after being gone for two months and she is NOT happy so she's back with a vengeance right now. I'm just thankful I'm not as sick as what I've been in the past with her visiting after being absent. Just have no energy right now. I had a bad night last night and just cried a lot. I'm having to do thank you cards today. It's not something I'm going to enjoy I think doing thank you cards in response to condolence cards and etc. But it must be done. Have a great day!

Hi TEAM

Still holding down the 183...I am going to have to kick it hard I guess to get it to move in the down direction...

funny....I don't have to kick it hard at all to move up!

maybe I should learn to walk on my hands....

It was FRIDAY NIGHT SPLITS last night so Angie and I shared a salad with cranberries, feta cheese, walnuts and some other goodies then shared a margherita pizza.....we brought half of the pizza home and some of the salad too....

but....I ate too much garlic bread to call it a SUPER good effort...

good choices overall but no banana...

C-YA TEAM....

BE GOOD!
