Okay I did 10 minutes on my new HealthRider... LOL NOT all at once... this thing is darn hard! Most I have done at one time is 3 minutes on the easy pedals! Can't believe I got it for 16 bucks!!!

Well here it is before midnight for a change I have finished dancing with Richard! Started a little earlier tonight lol .. Im now gonna have a couple of pieces of toast before bed (gotta at least get over 1000 cal!)
Off to have my shower now .. I think I have underestimated how many minutes I could do this month (didnt expect that i would actually do 3 times a week for 60 min let alone 5!)

Oh I've been majorly slacking. I will need to boogie if I ever plan to make my goal but we'll see. The last couple weeks has been a struggle for me for some reason. Anyway, I got in 35 minutes of cardio/weights on Saturday and a 100 minute hike on Sunday. My DF is super supportive, he told me that the hikes are getting too easy as we blew through a hike that involved scrambles and rough terrain with no problem.
