I did 75 minutes of various exercises today including belly dancing. I was starting to think reaching my goal this month was hopeless but I seem to be catching up so we'll see.
Personal total: 534 + 75 = 609 Group total: 11,616 + 75 = 11,691
Since I am taking an exercise break I only have 37 minutes to add for the past few days. But personal total is now 914, with 586 to go. I can still make my goal!!
I did 45 minutes this morning and I forgot about 10 minutes I did yesterday. I also calculated how many minutes per day I'd need to do to meet my goal and it is almost 45 minutes per day so we'll see

I DID THE WINDMILLS! I DID THE WINDMILLS! A fantastic workout class today. I HATE that I copped out and missed it yesterday, but I sure won't miss it tomorrow!!!
OK - I want that next pound off so bad I can taste it, so I even went to Curves tonight and put in 30 minutes more. I could tell by how quickly my muscles were fatigueing (sp?) that they'd already worked today AND that I was giving it all I had - or close to it.
90 minute workout class - and I did ALL the windmills this time... OK, that last set I was kinda short of oxygen and they were a little weak, but still way better overall than ever before!
