Had hoped to be able to do all of Richard tonight .. as well as my Pilates zone .. but by the time I finished the Pilates I was already worn out .. but I managed to do some of Richard too .. so its a total of 45 minutes added on for me today Think I will do Richard first next time lol ..

Up to my old tricks again and only just catching up for a week or so. These are my last exercise minutes for October.
I have completed 440 mins of exercise over the last 10 days or so. This has been a mix of treadmill, walking with hubby, walking to and from work, aerobics DVD, laps of oval with the kids and maybe even the exercise bike.
Personal Goal... 1460/1200, putting me 260 mins OVER October's goal.
Hi, add 400 mins walking for me, done over the holiday & taking Aiden to nursery. GROUP TOTAL 18972+400=19,372 My total (1,500) 1,345 -144 mins short BUT not bad as I was very depressed and unable to do much for a whole week. It's great to be back!!

Ok so it's the 31st, what a day to get back on track with my exercise. I don't even care what my own total is lol I know it's way under what it should be, so I will just add 60 minutes to the group total.
