Yeah! Back to exercise! Odd, the 2mile WATP that I usually do didn't even make me break a sweat, yet I barely had the motivation to finish it. I may need to do mix things up a bit.
Okay ladies, I'm throwing down the gauntlet. It's October. We're just over 150,000 minutes for the year. I CHALLENGE us to make it to 200,000 minutes by the end of the year!!!!! I think we can EASILY do it: 20,000 minutes/month, which we have done the past 2 months! Let's move!!! woooohooooooo!!!
As for me, I got 70 minutes of yoga in tonight!
Group total ~ 10,630 + 70 = 10,700 minutes
Okee ,, just before midnight again and I have finished Im getting better rofl .. just waiting for the washing to finish so I can put on another load (fine day forecast tomorrow woo hoo).
Today I did a lot of walking ... but Im not going to count anything but the exercise dvds this month ... unless you want me to include the walking similar to what I did today (brisk and just going from place to place to the bus and when I got off) .. so ..
Katt -- It's totally up to you what you include as exercise!!! I'm not looking for us to "pad" our totals or anything!! I usually don't count walking unless it lasts at least 10 minutes, but that's just how my pedometer works.
Well then I will add my walking to the group total .. but not my personal one if that is ok?? It tallied up (I actually kept track rofl .. never thought I would ever do that rofl) .. to 43.5 minutes ... so lets round it down to 43 minutes
Hi Ladies - 38 minute walk last night...I will have no at home internet access for this week so I will add up my minutes and post when I can! New totals are:
Personal Total: 895 + 38 = 933/1085 - 152 minutes until goal!!
60 minutes on the Curves circuit. I was going to walk for a while afterwards, but it was raining, and I was afraid I'd melt. Did 15 quick minutes on the TM tonight instead.
75 + 11,196 = 11,271
