Yesterday I was finally back in action after being sick for a week and I did 30 minutes walking in the morning and then 30 minutes on the elliptical at the gym in the evening. That brings my total to 455.
pochita -- just jump in!! 100 min for the month -- great! Now, when you exercise, come here and post it, and then add your minutes to the group total (look at the format people are using).

66 min for me today. 6 min on elliptical waiting for the trainer and then 60 min weight lifting!
Been sittin' on my cookie butt lately, but I'm back in action today... not my usual, but it's something. I tried out that new gym. I was there over an hour, but I wasn't in full motion the whole time. I'm just going to count 25 minutes:
I did 35 minutes of my Firm workout yesterday and I did 40 minutes of exercise this morning. I was doubtful that I'd reach my goal of 1200 minutes but it looks like I will get there.
Personal total: 954 + 75 = 1029 Group total: 14,801 + 75 = 14,876
Last night at the gym I did 30 mintues on the elliptical, 30 minutes with my trainer, and 20 minutes treadmill with incline gradiated up to 10 to start training for my bridge walk. That brought my total to 535.
Woohoo -- we're over 15K! We need to get to 20,000 minutes this month to stay on track for our new 200,000K challenge! I think we can do it!!!
I'm adding 23 minutes from my walk with the dogs. I keep up the pace, even when they stop, I'm jogging. I'm sure I look VERY silly, but I no longer care!
