I'm a fat burning machine.Yippppeeeeeee.....I lost another 3lbs. this weeks weigh in. And I got a $25 metabucks for a referral. I'm so happy today. I'm on my way! Thanks to everyone for all the great advice and support. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Stay strong and focused. We can do it!
Friday I got measured and had lost 20 inches! I also had a BAD weekend and umm gained some back when I weighed in Monday but Monday got right back on track.
Also, I wish clothes didnt weigh anything because I weigh in with jeans or jeans capri's and I know that is at least a pound or so. Maybe I should try spandex..LOL
Alright, I am brand new to this. I weighed in after pre conditioning and lost 2 pounds, which is great. Then I weighed in on day 4, no loss. Weighed in again yesterday on day 9, lost 1/2 pound. i wasn't in ketosis either time. It is kinda frustrating. Anyone have this happen? Everyone seems to have at least lost a couple pounds their first week or so. I just wish there was a little something for me to get excited about you know? At this point I just want to eat... well pretty much anything. Mostly something salty :-)

I keep a light Tshirt dress in my car, and always change into that for WI. I know it's crazy, but it makes me think that at least the WI is consistent because I'm always in the same thing. Plus it makes it easier for them to measure me..

In the past month or so I figured out I should start changing before I weigh in. I'd hopped on the scale at home in just my PJs one day, then for the heck of it got on again after I'd gotten dressed - and apparently I'd magically gained 2.5 lbs in 30 minutes. Lol, so that in mind when I go weigh in I wear work out pants or something light and just a t-shirt.
I try to wear light weight pants and top when I weigh but sometimes I will forget and wear jeans, that always adds 2-3 pounds. Also we weigh less when we get up in the mornings than we do in the evenings so I also try to WI at the same time of day each week.

I have said this many times on here, but here goes again. I have NEVER been in ketosis. Just doesn't matter though! I worried about it in the beginning, then I realized it wasn't worth being concerned about.
Thank you for that Joy2Menu. It has been super frustrating. They sent me home with another keto strip to try again this morning, and again I wasn't and I haven't had a bite of anything off program in over a week! Good to know that not everyone does go into Ketosis. Still frustrating that I haven't really lost, but I am going to go in tomorrow to WI so fingers crossed!
I too rarely went into Ketosis...doing MRC 3X I tested positive only once...as for what to wear during WI...as I have posted before a long time ago...I always wore the exact same summer dress...summer, fall, winter and spring to my WI, it became a joke at times at my center...I would be told "hey what a lovely new dress" etc to make light of it...but I wanted consistency so it was same dress first thing in the morning every WI...
