Day 4 a success, with 21 points!! Hopefully I'll be able to keep this up the rest of the week! Got plenty of exercise today, think I'll try to incorporate some strenght training into my routine.

Ceara, congratulations on meeting most of your goals for 21 days!!! That's a real success story and calls for a celebration!!!!! An anonymous well-wisher hath sent thee a virtual award of a celebratory cake ... calorie free, sugar free and without consequences of any kind even if thou virtually eateth the whole thing at a sitting after 7 o'clock at night!!! Yowza!!!
Arabella: Huzzah on Day 2 of thy formidable list challenge!!!
Maat: Body Pump sounds so fun ... I wish they'd do stuff like that at my gym ... you're gonna ace Day 6!!! Huzzah!
Tech: Wow, thou art doing TWO 21-dayers at the same time? That's a fantastic attitude ... I'm thinking of emulating thee (e.g., stealing thy idea) ... if you don't mind? I'm going to do it in a separate post ...
Bburoughs: Wowza! Congrats on being at Day 16 ... almost two weeks!! Huzzah!!!
To all Challengettes, mentioned and unmentioned, well ...
Ok, dokey!!!! Huzzah and greetings! Wish to advise that in totally shameless imitation of TechAlum, I'm going to attempt a second 21-day challenge AT THE SAME TIME I'm finishing the PB cup/Milky Way NOT one!!! It is simple and relates to :eating: ... e.g., FOR 21 DAYS I WILL EAT NO HIGHER THAN 1699 CALORIES DAILY!
I do this because I wish to lose this freakin' weight and stop fooling around! :
Hi hi hi i'm back with good news!!!! 2 pounds lots since last week!yeah yeah yeah victory dance!! Part of it was water because I was with TPM last week, but these week no, and I even so I did lost some weight right?I'm so happy I'm finally seeing results and big ones, yeah yeah yeah!!Ok I'm bit hysteric, ok...I'll hit myself to regain control :P
Hello,
I am now on day 5 of my no refined sugar challenge and day 3 of my bike to work challenge. The biking has been going very well so far, except that my boyfriend was worried when I got home later than he expected on Monday. He was ready to go riding around looking for me because he thought disaster had struck. But I got home just fine and then he bought me a really good bike helmet, so it was all OK.
I am very impressed at how well people are sticking to their challenges.
I am chugging away at my 21 day no night eating challenge. Yesterday was difficult because even though we sat down to eat at the right time, it was so hot dinner took longer than usual and I just squeeked under the new 8:30 rule. Anyway I'm counting it as a success and on to day 18
On the other hand the NWL (non weight loss) challenge is not going so well, I'm still stuck at day one, but I will succeed .
Amarantha - Wow 2 WL challenges at the same time, I am impressed. I'm waiting until I finish one to start another. Just trying to pick one that will be doable and challenging.
Zadie - Biking to work, that's pretty impressive, I keep thinking of doing that (I only live 1.5 miles away), but I'm on my feet all day and biking home would stink.
Maat - Congrats on the 2 lbs
Ceara - Yea on meeting more than half your goals, good luck on the next 21 days!!
Alsbutterfly - Hope you finished day 6 well.
Well I'm off to lock myself in my sewing room, need to finish a quilt top by Sat
Tech, sorry, thought you meant you were doing two at once! Anyhow, I'm gonna ... You're doing great, congrats on being at Day 18!!! Huzzah!
Zadie, YOU are doing two staggered ones at the same time ... at least I don't feel like the Lone*Ranger!!! Congrats on the supportive bf and thy new bike helmet!!
MAAT: KUDOS ON THY 2 POUNDS DOWN!!! WTG!!!
Alsbutterfly: Fantastic work on Day 5!!! You're doing great!!!
I guess I should eat breakfast ... been at gym and have to travel today!
