  • Day 4 of THE DIET!!! aka Independence Day Sprint and I guess it's my 21-day challenge as well. Just staying committed to doing what I can to get 4 pounds off by Independence Day and for the week after, I'll set a new goal. No upper cal limit, which is good because I'm kind of high already. It's a no lose situation! 50 min of exercise and lots of running around constitute doing what I can today aka THE DIET!!!!

    Huzzah! Everyone is doing great!!! Challengette Champ Brenda, the prize committee has sent your fab award by UPS. I just got an email confirmation that it went out! Huzzah! As Arabella saith, "You rule!"

  • Hi Everyone,

    I didn't start my challenge on today. I had a doctor's appt. this morning and it threw me off schedule today. So, I probably will not be back on schedule until Monday. I have a friend visiting from out of town. We plan on hanging out this weekend and going out to eat.

    Will check in on Monday.

I think they have a prize for you, a virtual chocolate cake with magical buttercream frosting! You can eat the whole cake and not even write it down in your journal because the calories are virtual as well! Huzzah!

  • thanks so much amarantha, bburoughs, alsbttrfly, and maat!!! i sure appreciate the support! ok, so now, i am going to start another 21 day challenge which will include food journaling daily and eating smaller, healthier portions. everyone is doing so well. my hat's off to you all! take care. day 1 of my new challenge begins today.

    Ok, Challengettes, I was taking a break from 3FC but it didn't last long. I'm still doing THE DIET!!!! only it's been including a lot of food, so weight'll be up tomorrow as surely as the sun'll be back ... and I live in Arizona, where the sun always does come back!

    I'll be back here tomorrow with a new 21-day challenge that'll compliment my sprint!!!
