wtg chris...just got back from the gym 5 days in a row!!! And I got my DH to come along and meet with a personal trainer, FINALLY it only took almost 2 years! Congrats to everyone on their losses and battles won at Golden Coral...did TBL cruise episode inspire you?
Have a great weekend and I will catch up with u all soon!....(pound wise for trick or treat challenge that is!

Yes, TBL is a big inspiration for me. However it also hurts. I am bigger then any of the ladies they have on the show. But I know I can do it. Just can't exercise like they do beacuse of disabilities. I am walking lately so I am hoping that will help.

You can do it just take it one day at a time, overcoming a slipup is the biggest accomplishment anyone can have...remember that it is never too late to refocus. You are doing awesome carebear... and I encourage u to take photos of you journey starting yesterday u will be amazed what before and afters will do to motivate u! Keep up the awesome work!

Chris....Way to go!! Buffets are so hard, and it sounds like you handled it well! Remember, every little bit of exercise helps. If you can't do an hour long aerobics class, but can do a little extra walking here and there, then that's what you need to do! IT ALL ADDS UP!!

Hildy....5 days in a row and DH went today too? AWESOME!!

Thanks, Hildy and Kelly. I really don't have many pictures. Being a big girl makes one camera shy. I do have one from the middle of August, but can't seem to get my scanner to scan it. I have had so many problems with Lexmark all-in-one printers. I swore I was not going to own another one. Lexmark replaced my old one 5 times. This last time they upgraded to a better model for me and now this one isn't working. GRRR I will work on it tomorrow afternoon if I get some time.

I have the worst picture of me with my whole family from the 4th of July. It is my incentive picture that I posted about. I have not gone out the door without checking my hair and makeup since I received the picture in August.

I will have to remember to keep track with pictures along my progress. What a great suggestion Hildy

YES!!!! Home from my WW weigh in....down 3.4 pounds this week! I was a bit worried as I had dinner at my Mom's twice this week, and as I've said before, she knows no low fat...

Anyway, I'm inching towards my trick or treat goal, and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much, all my 3FC friends. I know I couldn't do it without making a daily visit (or 3) to the 3fc sight. You guys keep me going! Hope everyone else is on track, or back on track, too!

Finally back online after a few weeks of not feeling well & had a good WI today. Down 2.6lbs!!! It's about time after 3 weeks of severe female problems.

I can't believe how fabulously everyone here is doing! WTG ladies! I can't believe HAlloween is just around the corner.

Glad to hear about the losses. I am another one who can't believe Halloween is right around the corner. I hung some decorations today. While I was at wally world they were moving the Halloween stuff some to be putting out Christmas stuff. I hate that every year they get the Christmas stuff out.
