Speghettiecat- what bars do you get instead of WS. I was reading your blog & you said you eat a lower carb one.

Lol well for me it would just be to know exactly how many calories my body is expending and how my sleep is doing because I have sleep issues. I guess for me personally it would be extra motivation to move more

I dont really think its needed if you weigh and measure food and time your exercise, but I would *like* to have it ykwim?

Oh its still from the site- I have some Medifast bars they are 12-15g carbs each, and the protidiet chocolate dream and a few more I don't remember at this moment are lower carbs. They are still about 150 calories each but, lower carbs

Lisa - I don't have an IPOD yet, just a little cheesy mp3...My reward for loosing 50 pounds is an ipod- so I have about 30 pounds to go!! (should give me time to save up for it too!!)..thanks for the info on Shred ie; not giving up after day 1!! I'm sure I'll need that once mine arrives!!

Cat - WooHOoo hubby said you could get your gowear!! Pretty cool!! He's really supporting you...that makes it easier huh!! Not sure how often I will do shred...that's probably not the right attitude to have...I know it won't be everyday, I'd like to do it 3 or 4 times a week???!!! I go to Curves 3 X's a week at lunchtime, so maybe those days I don't go there I can shred it off!! Idk - anxious to hear what you think about your 1st go round with it!!

I'm really confused about the IPOD and the apps things...so can you get online w/ your ipod and download stuff to your ipod?? (i know I'm way behind in technology!!)

kristikins:
You can only get apps and internet on the ipod "touch" version. It looks just like the iphone. The internet on it is wifi, so you would still need to be somewhere with wireless internet available.
However, you do not need the internet to use the c25k app.

OK almost through with day 3. This is the first HARD day for me. I have TOM and am feeling angry that I have to count my cucumber slices in my salad on fitday. But, with what I am having for dinner my numbers are 1266 cals 49 fat 101 carbs and 128 protein. I don't feel bad for going over 66 cals. is everything else ok?

Porkchop - Those numbers look great. You are doing awesome. TOM is a tough time but hang in there.

Hang in there Porkchop! You might want to stay under 100g carbs, but i am not sure that is just what I go with. I really don't care so much if my calories and fat are over and under. I mainly focus on carbs and protein
