So we all need to get it in gear now.

I've been OP for two days now and feel so much better. I weighed in today and confessed all which also showed in my 2.5 gain. I am NOT going to change my ticker, though.

I also re-signed for another 17 weeks. It was $99 for eight weeks or $129 for twelve so I went with the twelve weeks. This will get me through the holidays plus a few more weeks. The downside is that I will have been on this diet for 11 months by the time I'm through.

I did the meta quik for three days but didn't show a loss. Now everyone is out of the chocolate mint bars so I'll postpone that until the next shipment comes in. Apparently they're changing that recipe too

Tomorrow's my birthday and I have no special plans. I've got some books to read and some TV shows I'd tivo'd to catch up on. No plans to go out to eat which is good.

BTW, I've been using the "Lose It" app on my iphone and it's really helpful in showing how well I'm eating. Anything to make this fun, I guess.

RIP, that's a great picture on your profile! Must be fun to fly with your hubby, just the two of you.

Noahsmama, that was great that you had that opportunity at your class. It can be very hard to put ourselves out there in front of a group of people we don't know.

Karen1234, leahruthie, noahsmama and anyone else I might have missed.....can I join in this accountability thing too? I was stuck at home yesterday because of the snow and wanted to eat, I think out of boredom and trying to escape my homework. I managed to stay away from everything but it wasn't easy.

Lorie, I was wondering about your travels for work as I was shoveling snow and hoped you managed ok. I saw that you are off for several days, so maybe you missed it all together. Enjoy your time off.

i need all the help i can get, teresa i feel like my body has some kind of roadblock keeping me from getting past 185. i don't feel as if i've eaten terribly off plan in the past couple of weeks (well, maybe a slip-up here or there), but for some reason, the scale won't budge! i think i need to take part in the "rededication" and go back to writing down every little thing and really being mindful about what's going into my body.

also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LITTLE EDIE!!!

I want in too! I need that first day, fresh motivational MRC feeling! You have it right. So close to half way and wavering. Getting lots of attention, so thinking of starting anew. Measured my cheese this morning and discovered I have been skimping on it. I found some yummy cheese I had in Spain. It was expensive so I was doing small slices on melba toast. Now I am off to weigh in. Slept almost 18 hours yesterday. felt great.
I did miss most of the snow. I left Wed morning and it was bad then. So glad I did not have to work that night. Then yesterday they tried to call me to work. Told them no, the drive was too dangerous and didn't want to end up a patient!
Off to pick up my new scrubs. And I have a date tonight! Not guy friend either. When guy friend issues started up, I joined Eharmony and so far we have talked a lot and text. I don't know if it will work out, he has a job, owns his own house and has a great sense of humor. Not used to those things!

Happy Birthday Little Edie!

You ladies, of course, don't have to ask permission to join us on our 15 lb journey! The more the merrier. I'm going to start a thread for those that would like to post, how about that?

TeresaG, that's great that you strayed from the temptation. Right now honestly if that were me I prolly would have caved. Way to go! That has to feel pretty darn good.

Lori, how exciting! This date tonight sounds promising and good luck! I'm excited for you lady and I hope he's worth your presence

Lorie, so glad you didn't have to drive. That drive between the Springs and here can be really bad.

I'm so happy you have taken the plunge in putting yourself out there. Sending you good vibes for your weigh in. I hope you have an enjoyable evening tonight. It's great to see you making you a priority. Have fun.

Little Edie, I knew I was forgetting something earlier, have a great birthday! Making it a day you can enjoy is what matters and reading and watching tv sounds like a nice easy, relaxing day.

Default dissapointed

Well I went to the beach for a week...just got back and went to WI. I'm very dissapointed. I only lost .5lb. I stayed on program. I know you all will say it's still a loss, but I'm not ready for a slow down yet. I've got so far to go and I'm early in the process.
I'm going to do MQ next week to see if that will get me loosing more.
I've read some of you mention that the Veggie powder is part of the MQ menu.
It's not on the menu that the center gave me????

My center told me they had revamped the mq program to include having a scoop of the double chocolate powder and also a scoop of the veggie powder. It isn't printed on the menu, but hopefully they mentioned it to you. Have to admit, because they were out of the hot chocolate, I have only used the chocolate powder twice this week and the veggie powder I also stopped after two days. Can't seem to find a good combination to actually get them down.

Thanks. They did not mention it, but I will ask them on my next visit.

Lil Eddie,
I did Medi Quick too and only lost .5 #. I can not get below the 160 at the center. I weigh at home first thing in the AM and my scale shows 159. My scale and I have a better relationship.
Looking at your losses you have done fantastic! Keep your chin up and keep
losing. I'm so hoping to sign the 10# board next week.
