Ha! I'm not sure at what point it was but I had actually did some high "cheerleader-ish" kicks one day I was so excited, the entire staff at MRC was cracking up at me.

All,
I wish all of you the best in your weight loss journey, however, after another attempt at MRC, I have a bunch of HNS that I would like to get out of my cabinet.

Please send me a PM and I will be more than happy to give you a list of what I have.

Thanks
Kristie

Hmmm.....not sure why you couldn't sleep. I had major sleep issues....ambien, lunesta---NOTHING worked for me! BUT as soon as I started the ADWL, I started sleeping a lot better. I don't take the liq minerals past 2-3pm, though. Maybe that made a difference for you (if you took them late). Just a thought! I do love my ADWL....good luck w/it!

Oh, btw.....does anyone know how I change my ticker? I weighed in today and I lost another 2 lbs! Woo hoo!!!! So, I'm at 183 which is 12 lbs lost. I've tried a couple of times to change it but maybe I'm just exhausted and can't focus! LOL! Anyhow, thanks for any suggestions!

Know what you mean about the exhausted part! To change your ticker, go to the User CP and click on edit signature. Then just change the current weight number. It is in a different order then the one below your name. To change that go to edit profile.
Good Job on the loses!

Thx, Lori! I did it! I am sooo glad to have a few days off. I read on another thread about you working the 3 NIGHTS in a row and then the craziness that ensued! You're a super woman! I worked nights for 3 months and then got to go to DAYS. Much better for me....although, I miss my "night girls"....we had so much fun! I work in Newborn Nursery/NICU/Lactation. What area are you in?

I work in Cardiac and ICU. Right now I am assigned to Cardiac but hope to go back to the unit when a place opens up. Wow, you take care of the little people! They scare me. With adults giving 5 mls extra on a fluid bolus is no big deal but with newborns, it could put them into fluid overload! A little means so much with them. Kudos to you for caring for them.

Ha....that's how I feel about adults...they scare me I do like educating parents and the challenge of preparing them for what to expect when they get home...and trust me, for some people, that's a serious challenge!! Some act like they've never seen a baby in their lives.....I don't have kids yet but I have way more maternal instinct than some of these chicks....it's amazing! LOL!

I did surgical tele for 4 mos right after nursing school but I immediately went back to my kiddos! My mom was an ICU RN. I know how hard that is/can be. You deserve kudos yourself!

Lori, I hope you have a great trip and know you'll look fabulous in your LBD I know what that feels like and can't wait to see pics!! Congrats to you.

FL, take it from experience that plateaus SUCK no two words about it. Just keep OP and the weight will eventually move Trust me, these past several weeks have been very trying for mr, as you've seen from my posts. Just keep plugging away and it'll come off!!

Congrats shopgirl on your losses this week! Way to go!

Thank you Noahsmama....that helps. It will be well worth it, you are a great example of that...especially in that little hot black dress. Someday I want to buy a "hot Little black dress". AND I WILL!!!!

And look fabulous in it! Infact I think the little black dresses will be competing for the honor to be the one you will wear.
