Hey everyone,
WI today as was down another .5 pounds. I don't know what's the problem with me. In the beginning I was losing 5 lbs in a week and now I am barely getting 2.5 to 3 lbs a week. Can someone please share some tips with me on how to get back to losing more lbs?

lol. Well... It is just my first two weeks. Itll be two weeks Tuesday. Im sure I will hit a plateau sooner than later. Lol. I follow the menu almost to a T. I have only chicken and fish for my meats. I dont make anything fancy... just keep it simple. Learning how to eat to live instead of live to eat. I dont always get all of my veggies in but I try my darnedest. I max out on an alternative HNS. I drink more water than I should. I walk for 30 min to an hour each day. Today I am going to start weight training. We will see how that effects my weight loss.
I am sure my momentum will slow down a bit now that I am settling into the green menu. My goal is to get down to 150 by the time I go to Ruidoso, which is in three weeks. Dont know if that is possible but I am going to try. :)
You are still losing and that is awesome. All those little losses add up to be big ones. :D

It was TOM last week for me. Didnt stop me from showing losses on the scale. I was a bit bloated but thats it. Maybe it wasnt that bad b/c im on a pill and I was drinking tons of water. Who knows.

I am scared of hitting a plateau too. lol. I know it will come... Im just writing down my counter tactics so I will be ready. :dizzy:

Hi everyone and congrats to all for the weight losses and NSV's. I just got back last Wednesday evening from week of vacation. Did not do so well OP and really to be honest hadn't planned on doing well. When I got back, I weighed a had gained 5 pounds. I immediately got back on program when I got back and I have already lost 4 pounds since Thursday so I know this was probably just water weight.
I love this program because although I enjoyed eating off program and the food tasted great, I didn't like the way I felt eating all those sugars and carbs (tired, drained, and moody). I was actually ready to get back OP when I got back home. This makes me excited because I think maybe this is something I can do for a lifetime. Even when I get off the right track, I truly believe that I can get right back on.
I too, as a previous poster said, am going to Riudoso at the end of August. My goal is to be at stabilization at this time. That is 14 pounds more to go and I think, no I know, that I can do it!:carrot::carrot::carrot:

I have never been before, but everyone I have talked to says that it is beautiful. I live in Texas and the mountains and cool air will be a welcome change. We have a condo at Pinion Point for three nights and I can't wait.

Lose a few lbs quick trick....

Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to check in & let you know how things are going. I was so happy at WI today as I had dropped another 3 lbs since Tuesday... Amazing... I haven't done that in a while. I've been following my counselor's advice, after noticing my losses slowing again she wanted to get things kick started so she recommended I start taking 2 Vitamin B12 and 2 Vitamin B6 together every morning. I started this on Wed am and lost 3 lbs since Tue. weigh-in :carrot: !! Whoohoo!! Anyway I wanted to share w/all of you and wonder if it will work for anyone else. She said we would keep going with this until it stops working and then try something else. Plus, 5 more lbs and I will move to a new menu also, wow!! Today was a Tanita Day as well, unfortunately I've lost 3 lbs of muscle mass since the beginning of program. My lady thinks its b/c I am running and not getting enough protein/cals on those days so my body goes into starvation mode and burns my muscle instead. It's hard to imagine this b/c I feel like I am building muscle in my legs, they look more muscular but ok. On the days I run I have to have an extra protein drink to make up for this, sounds easy enough. We'll see how that works. My total Inches lost at this point is 52". They took my pic recently and it is amazing what a difference 40 lbs can make, it really feels more wonderful than I ever thought it would... I can't even imagine how it will feel to finally be at my goal of 150 lbs!! Knowing I am almost 1/2 way to my 100 lb wt lost goal and only 5 lbs away from Onederland is really motivating. I've set a goal to run a 5k this fall and recently decided to run 2, one in October, one in December. Some girls at work have decided to give the C25K program a try and want to run the 5k with me so that has me really excited about completing the program and getting up to the 5k. Life is good! and :dust: to everyone :p We can do this!!
