Still confused about that but I go back to WI today and plan on talking A LOT! I started a weight lifting routine again and am so sore I can barely walk so hopefully that helps.

Sometimes when you start exercising and you are sore....that is your body repairing itself. You want this to happen but when it does your muscles store water. You may not see the scale move even if you are losing weight at first. After you settle into the routine, then you will see the difference. I want to warn you about this.

No I didn't take them together. I only did the liquid mineral when I remember to drink it which was usally before bed. And when I first started taking the b6 which was last week wednesday I started out with 3 a day. And on Monday I started with the 2 a day. So try the 3 a day for the remaing of the week and start back on monday doing the 2 and see how that works for you. And when you take the liquid mineral don't mix it with the water. Drink a cap or two full at least once a day.

I know.....I know. Don't weigh in at home, but unofficially I am saying good-bye to the 190s. I am 189.2 at home. This scale is normally .5 more than MRC and I am thrilled. I can't wait until Friday to make it official!!!!

Congrats!!! THanks for the heads up with the H2O retention... I wasn't aware of that. I was doing Body For Life before MRC and was lifting regularly buit haven't been in for about 1 1/2 months so the first back is always hardest :dizzy:

Keep it up....Body for Life is what got me started. I tend to exercise alot when I get into it. I just don't want you disappointed. The pounds are leaving you but it may take a couple wi's to see it!

I jsut got back form WI and I am still the same weight. The counselor is a weight lifting chick and said she expected me to be keeping some water weight by how sore I am (its funny watching me walk right now). When I got on the scale it was the same so she said I have probably lost but its not showing because of the water weight form lifting, PHEW!

I have a "technical" question. When I need to update my signatures, I go to User CP/edit signature and either paste a new signature or just update my weight. It looks like it is changing all of my previous posts to the new update. Is that normal? It looks like everyone else's the update only effects any posts after you do it?
What am I doing wrong?

I am new to this forum. I have been at MRC for 18 days and have gone from 191 to 177. Yeah!!! but now I feel like I am at a plateau and so it has got me a little bummed out but I know it is only temporary. Any suggestions on what to do to kick start the weight loss again?

You are doing so well! :carrot::carrot: You are at a point where most of us saw a plateau. If it has just been one wi....please continue what you are doing and you will see a larger decrease when your body lets go of the water that has replaced the fat in your cells.

Things that MAY help:
max out your HNS
try no creamies
have fish 2 times this week
no cheese
egg whites (no yolks)
if you exercise a lot cool it a bit down to the 30 min 3 times a week
watch the scheduling of your meals
try b6/b12 to remove water weight
DRINK A LOT OF WATER
try the liquid minerals
if you are not exercising try walking 30 min 3 times this week

These are ideas but really if you just keep on with the program I promise you will see the weight leave you!!!!
